ASP Trooper Quincy Harris accused of rape - He has a history of exploiting females for sexual pleasure.


On July 16, 2026, we broke to story of a former ASP co-worker that is now a city of Little Rock employee that obtained an Order of Protection against ASP Trooper Quincy Harris.

The victim lives in Benton, AR and works for the Office of the City Attorney for the city of Little Rock. She met Harris when she worked for the Arkansas State Police.

Harris uses his fathers address in Little Rock to assess his personal vehicles.



Deltha Harris has owned that house since 1991.


And the Pulaski County Assessor has a photo taken in 2020 that shows a ASP parked vehicle parked in the carport.

A Google Street View photo taken in  April 2026 only shows the Nissan Frontier owned by Deltha Harris parked at the house.


His father is a registered Republican. All up on da plantation.


We reported about Harris in August 2024 and provided records about his ASP disciplinary records. In 2021, Harris, a married man, went to the home of a 20 year old ASP dispatcher, got her drunk and had sex with her multiple times.

In an update to our 2024 story, we posted some information a reader provided to us about Harris. 


We made a FOI request to Benton PD for a copy of any reports that list Harris as a suspect. At the time of publication, they have not provided a response.  They did confirm that they had taken a report about the alleged rape.

We asked the ASP for copies of any records about Harris and his current status. The Order of Protection stipulates that he cannot possess any weapons (particularly guns). They claim to not have any records and we do not believe them.

The ASP should have fired Harris years ago. Allowing him to remain employed says volumes about the ASP's ethics and morality.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

  A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. ASP Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy exposed as a racist in text messages to estranged wife.

Thanks to a tipster, we were able to obtain public records that expose Arkansas State Police Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy as a racist. Records filed in the divorce proceedings Kennedy's wife has filed give shocking information what Trooper Kennedy thinks about People of Color. In amended filings, Trooper Kennedy's estranged wife states that he is a white supremacist and fears for the safety of their children. And it's no surprise that Trooper Kennedy is a registered Republican.
