BOYCE HAMLET'S FUND RAISING EFFORTS FOR LEGAL DEFENSE NOT GOING WELL

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet's efforts to raise cash to help defend himself in an illegal exaction lawsuit that seeks to oust him from the position that he lacks experience and qualification to hold and to recover all the funds paid to him as salary for the position that he is unqualified to hold has not raised a dime. Sources inside the ABC tell us that Hamlet is frequently absent from the office (trying to avoid a process server?) and appears to be red-eyed and depressed.  If we had lied and filed false documents about our employment history to cover up our hiring and firing from the Arkansas State Police in order to gain employment that we would otherwise not be able to obtain by telling the truth, we would be depressed too.

ABC BUSTS VISIONS CABARET - FINDS ROOMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED FOR YEARS AND THAT THE PREVIOUS ABC ADMINISTRATION KNEW ABOUT BUT DID NOTHING

ABC Administration Direct Bud Roberts recently personally conducted an investigation into allegations of violations of ABC rules and policy at Visions Cabaret.  Roberts found evidence of prostitution, indecent sexual co nduct and 98 other problems.   ABC ADMINISTRATION DIRECTOR BUD ROBERTS WITH ABC ENFORCEMENT DARRYL TALLEY IN TOW THE TEMPERATURE WAS 80 DEGREES, SO WHY IS BUD WEARING A TRENCH COAT??? Watch FOX 13's news report of ABC Administration Director Bud Roberts personally investigating the strip club.     DID ROBERTS CHECK OUT THE PRIVATE ROOMS?  WAS HIS VISIT CAPTURED ON THE CLUB'S CAMERAS? Our investigation has determined that the ABC had knowledge of the private rooms at Visions Cabaret and the current ABC Administration is having a showdown with the Enforcement side and it is evidence of the conflict between the ABC Administration section headed by Roberts and the ABC Enforcement section led by tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet (for now anyways). An AB

ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR SEEKING FUNDS FOR DEFENSE FUND - WE FOUND HIM SOME CASH

Word is that tainted ABC Enforcement Director is trying to raise cash to pay for an attorney to defend him against an illegal exaction lawsuit that seeks to oust him from his job and recover funds illegally paid to him for a job for which he has extremely little or no qualifications at all to hold (plus he has lied about his employment history to state agencies here in Arkansas and in Mississippi to cover up his hiring and firing by the Arkansas State Police). GOFUNDME PAGE FOR THE BOYCE HAMLET DEFENSE FUND   We have found some cash for you Boyce, in fact it's some money your wifey apparently forgot about. We stumbled upon this because an email that we copied Boyce on was bounced back.  We thought he might have been canned last week. So we looked him up on the Arkansas Government web page to see of he had been removed .  Alas, he had not but we noticed that his wifey's name was also on there. So we clicked on her name to see what was up and low and behold we found she had some

Boyce Crying: 10 Ways For Him to Justify His Leaky Eyeholes    1. Is Somebody Chopping Onions in Here? Probably the most famous euphemism for crying, the onion-chopping defense is handy because we all know that if Boyce is chopping onions, you should avert your eyes from his tears, out of respect.   2. It’s Raining On My Face The facial precipitation defense originates with one of the most important musical testimonies to Boyce-like man crying in history: Flight of the Conchords' "I'm Not Crying". 3. My Eyes Are Just a Little Sweaty Toda y More greatness from Flight of the Conchords. This excuse comes in particularly handy if Boyce is listening to a sad episode of This American Life while working out at the gym.   4. What Is This Salty Discharge? Sure, Jerry broke up with a girl every week on Seinfeld, but this one must have really mattered… 5. I’m Just Remembering the Ending of ‘ Field of Dreams ‘ Go ahead and substitute any of the acceptable Boyce-will-cry movie

ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR TRYS TO SPIN HIS DEALINGS WITH ETHICS COMMISSION

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet is the subject of an Ethic Complaint because he flat out failed to file a legally required form withing 30 days of being appointed to head the ABC Enforcement Division. Notice how Boyce lies about it being a technical issue.  What a piece of shit liar he is. But you all knew that didn't you. There is nothing technical about failing to follow the law, unless Boyce played the "retarded card" again. Hamlet has proven problems with credibility and honesty and needs to be removed as Enforcement Director to prevent further embarrassment to the ABC and DFA and help these agencies maintain credibility and the respect of the public.

DEPARTMENT OF WORKFORCE SERVICE EMPLOYEES MISUSE STATE VEHICLES

Several DWS employees have been caught using state vehicles for inappropriate purposes or breaking state laws and violating policy on use of state owned vehicles. In fact there have been so many reports made to the Department of Finance and Administration about DWS employees and their use or misuse of state vehicles that there is a blog dedicated to exposing these ignominious individuals - Bad Department of Workforce Services.

ABC COOPERATING MINOR IN 2008 USED POSITION TO TRY AND EXTORT GOODS & SERVICES FROM MAUMELLE RESTURANTS - WAS FOUND GUILTY OF CRIMINAL VIOLATION

The ABC's controversial and illegal use of minors to try and purchase alcoholic beverages landed on of their illegal operatives, Scott Butler,  in hot water back in the summer of 2008. Butler was 19 years old at the time and had attended Mills High School when the ABC hired him to break the law and try and purchase alcoholic beverages. Butler then tried to use his position as an ABC undercover minor to strike a deal with some restaurants in Maumelle.  Butler told these folks if they would give him stuff, he would not "bust" them if they sold him booze in the ABC's entrapment activities at their restaurants.    The restaurant owners complained to the Maumelle Police Department and charges were filed against Butler. Butler was charged under Arkansas Code Annotated  §5-52-106 Soliciting unlawful compensation. In August 2008, Butler was found guilty in District Court in Maumelle and fined $625.00. Apparently Butler had some issues as he was selected to participate in the

ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR HAS QUESTIONABLE PAST - LIED ABOUT EMPLOYMENT TO OBTAIN POSITIONS WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES

BOYCE ASHLEY HAMLET - THE TAINTED DIRECTOR OF ABC ENFORCEMENT Boyce Ashley Hamlet was appointed to head the Enforcement section of the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control agency by Department of Finance and Administration director Larry Walther at the direction of Governor Asa Hutchinson after he was elected and took office in 2015. What Hamlet did not disclose and he kept hidden as a deep, dark secret was that when he was a trooper recruit at the Arkansas State Police back in 200 0 , he was caught cheating on a weekly exam.  Then to make matters worse, he lied multiple times to investigators with the ASP Special Investigations Unit and was fired. Hamlet then proceeded to lie on job applications and give false dates of employment at other jobs he held to cover up his hiring and firing by the Arkansas State Police. He did that for about 15 years until it was discovered by our sister blog -  Bad Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control. Hamlet's appointment to the position is extreme

REGARDING THE ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR'S FAILURE TO FILE REQUIRED FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE FORM - IS A CONSENT JUDGMENT BEING OFFERED?

The Arkansas Ethics Commission was presented with general information by Commission attorney Drew Blankenship this morning regarding the complaint we made earlier this year. In the complaint, we alleged that tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet violated Arkansas Code Annotated § 21-8-701 (c)(1)(A) by failing to file the required Statement of Financial Interest within thirty days of his appointment as director of Alcohol Beverage Control Enforcement on March 24, 2015. At the time that the regrettable and unfortunate decision was made by Governor Asa Hutchinson to have DFA Director Larry Walther appoint Hamlet, ole Boyce had unpaid state income taxes from when he was a parole officer that had resulted in DFA filing a Certificate of Indebtedness (a lien) against him. Failure to pay taxes when due under Arkansas Code § 26-18-202 results in the individual being guilty of a Class D felony. The publisher of this blog received a telephone call at 8:00 a.m., from Drew Blankenship with

ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR IS CALLED AS A WITNESS IN A FOIA LAWSUIT - ENDS UP CRYING ON THE STAND

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director was subpoenaed in lawsuit, that had l anguished on for four years, involving a Freedom of Information request to the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality ("ADEQ") by the publisher of this blog.  The attorney in that case wanted to use Hamlet to show how FOIA requests made by the publisher were an invasion of privacy. Who in their right mind would use Hamlet and a witness? This fool would... WILLIAM G. ALMAND (BEFORE HE LET HIMSELF GO) Back in 2008 Almand was going to run against Judge Collins Killgore... Almand's chances of defeating Judge Kilgore were slim to none so he dropped out. Back to the trial... On direct examination Hamlet stated that this blog portrayed him as a homosexual and had many posts of a sexual nature.  He cited this photo as proof.   Blog post that contained this photo Hamlet stated that this photo depicted him having sex with his boss Larry Walter.
