Little Rock Police Department forced to produce file on two former cops. That file shows LRPD refused to act on information about the mental state of one of the cops.

Former LRPD cops Desidario Pullie and Jakari Lott-Henderson   On May 8th we broke the story about the Scott Administration LRPD attempting to cover up a domestic violence incident involving two of their cops. LRPD administration allowed the pair to resign to prevent investigative records be available to the public.  You can read that story by clicking here . The two were involved in a tumultuous relationship that erupted in violence on October 10, 2023.  Both claimed they had been assaulted and Pullie destroyed the windshield on Lott-Henderson's vehicle.  Pullie also told Lott-Henderson he would kill her then himself. The Scott Administration refused to release internal investigation records as the investigation did not result in termination. Both were suspended - "relieved of duty" - prior to the commencement of the internal investigation and therefore the records were exempt from release under the AFOIA, or so the Scott Administration thought. Records we obtained fr

LRPD lost right to use the OK (Our Kids) Program in September 2023 but are still touting it.

https://www.littlerock.gov/residents/police-department/21st-century-policing/ok-program-our-kids/     On September 12, 2023, Donald Northcross, the founder and CEO of the OK Program told the Little Rock Police Department that the OK Program of Little Rock operated by LRPD was being discontinued. Northcross also told LRPD they could not operate on any Little Rock School District campus as the OK Program.   The disenfranchisement of the LRPD OK Program had it's start with a verbal argument between Northcross and LRPD cop Brad Stewart about how Stewart was or was not correctly conducting the OK Program at Cloverdale Middle School. It did not help matters that LRPD had refused several requests to sign a Memorandum of Understanding between the National OK Program and LRPD. Instead of complying, LRPD continues to use the OK Program and to this day still has it own their website. They are planning on simply changing the name of the program and stealing the intellectual property rights of

LRSD Human Resources Executive Kimberely Jordan Eason faces charges of Domestic Battery - 3rd Degree

Kimberely Jordan Eason - LRSD HR Employee Relations/Benefits Director   Thanks to a tipster from LRSD, we learned that one of their fellow employees has been arrested and is on trial for Domestic Battery, a Class A misdemeanor that carries a sentence up to one year in jail and a $2,500 fine. According to a LRPD incident report, Eason (42 yrs old)  had broken up with her boyfriend, Moshin Virani (38 yrs old) but retained a garage door opener to his home. On October 2, 2023 at around 7 pm, Eason used the garage door opener to gain access to Virani's house and found him with another woman, Anna Sharp (24 yrs old). An argument ensued and Eason bit Virani multiple times. Mohsin Virani According to Google, Virani is a professional poker player and he purchased a home in a Chenal Valley neighborhood for $626,800 in October 2022.     Eason has a trial set for July 30th at 8:30 am in the Little Rock District Court of Judge Melanie Martin. Here's a copy of all the court filings in her ca

Details about a domestic violence incident the Scott Administration and two former LRPD cops wanted to keep secret are obtained

We previously broke the story about two LRPD cops that resigned to try and keep the internal investigation report concerning a domestic violence incident they were involved in from being made public.  You can read that story by clicking here .  We were able to obtain details that the Scott Administration and it's police department did not want to let out either. LRPD recommended the decertification of former cop Desidario Pullie to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training ("CLEST"). Pullie was romantically involved with another LRPD cop, Jakari Lott-Henderson. Their relationship was a tumultuous one. Several incidents of violence had erupted between them and on October 10, 2023 the shit hit the fan. That day Lott-Henderson was at Pullie's apartment on Green Mountain Drive and were arguing about her asking him to return a key to her apartment on Chenal Drive. Pullie grabbed her from behind and placed her in a choke hold.  She was able to ge

The Scott Administration covers up domestic violence incident between two LRPD cops

In October 2023 Pullie threatened to kill Jakari Henderson and himself   On October 12, 2023 LRPD cop Jakari Lott Henderson filed for an order of protection from LRPD cop Desidario Donte Pullie. A temporary order of protection was immediately granted and a court date was set for October 26, 2023.   The temporary order of protection prohibited  Pullie from possessing a firearm. Court records show that the Pulaski County Sheriff's office was not able to serve Pullie and that Henderson failed to show up at the scheduled hearing. More often than not, complaints of domestic violence against LRPD cops simply fall apart due to pressure from the Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police and their shyster attorney. If children are involved, the victim often refuses to cooperate so that they can continue to get financial support from the perpetrator. Pullie was allowed to continue employment until her resigned on March 8, 2024. Why did LRPD not seek a civil commitment for a psychological evalu

Little Rock pastor takes his own life after complaint of sexually explict conduct with a minor child

On April 24, 2024, Tyce Michelle Scroggins found what she has described to authorities as "inappropriate text and pictures" on her husband's cellphone. The messages were between her husband, Michael Todd Scroggins, the senior pastor at Moody Chapel AME Church in Little Rock and a minor student at LISA Academy High School. Moody Chapel AME Church   An argument ensued about the text messages and Pastor Scroggins left the home. On April 25th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a report with the Little Rock Police Department about the text messages. She also notified LISA Academy administration. On April 28th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a missing person report with the Sherwood Police Department.  Sherwood Police put out an alert on social media.   On April 30th, Little Rock Police found Pastor Scroggins dead from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound in his vehicle parked in the back parking lot of the church. Our LRPD sources say that it appeared that Pastor Scroggins had been dead several
