Little Rock Police Department forced to produce file on two former cops. That file shows LRPD refused to act on information about the mental state of one of the cops.
Former LRPD cops Desidario Pullie and Jakari Lott-Henderson On May 8th we broke the story about the Scott Administration LRPD attempting to cover up a domestic violence incident involving two of their cops. LRPD administration allowed the pair to resign to prevent investigative records be available to the public. You can read that story by clicking here . The two were involved in a tumultuous relationship that erupted in violence on October 10, 2023. Both claimed they had been assaulted and Pullie destroyed the windshield on Lott-Henderson's vehicle. Pullie also told Lott-Henderson he would kill her then himself. The Scott Administration refused to release internal investigation records as the investigation did not result in termination. Both were suspended - "relieved of duty" - prior to the commencement of the internal investigation and therefore the records were exempt from release under the AFOIA, or so the Scott Administration thought.
