YET ANOTHER SETTLEMENT CHECK THE CITY DISHES OUT AS A RESULT OF LAWSUITS Earlier today we broke the story about the city settling a lawsuit filed by two recruits, Brandon Schiefelbein and Katina Jones   fired for questionable social media posts. A third recruit, Brandon Gurley, the recruit that reported Shitforbrains, err Schiefelbein and was also fired after FOP attorney Robert Newcob wined and dined befould LRPD Police Chief, Kenton Tremar " NegroPapi " Buckner and convinced Buckner that if he fired Shitforbrains, err Schiefelbei, he would have to fire Jone and Gurley. Buckner took the bait and fired all three. Now the city pays for another of his numerous mistakes. Gurley has filed a lawsuit himself and will now no doubt get a check to settle as well. THE LONG SOUGHT RECORDS ARRIVED VIA OVERNIGHT FEDEX FROM FPS The outside council for the Fayetteville Public School district barely avoided violating a court order to turn over records. This is a video that contains all the footage from a FPS CCTV system that was used in the termination of superintendent Matthew Wendt. This video contains voicemail messages Wendt left Shae Newman, his subordinate and adulterous lover. According to the records, Wendt and Newman spent a great deal of time making calls and sending text message back and forth all day long. Here are some of the text messages of the pair once their relationship soured. LRPD EMPLOYEE JUDY LEWIS SAYS "SHOOT THEM" On August 16th, a civilian employee of the Little Rock Police Department, Judy Lewis, sent an email to all LRPD employees in which she expressed frustration about answering misrouted telephone calls about sex offenders. Lewis added her personal opinion that way to deal with sex offenders was to "Shoot them!" About an hour (and a dressing down by her supervisor) later, Lewis sent out another department wide email expressing regret for her unprofessional remarks. Lewis added a sad face emoticon to show how really sorry she was. It then took befouled LRPD Chief Kenton Tremar Buckner several hours to address the unprofessional and ill advised email. RUTLEDGE TOSSES OUT CLAIMS OF "FAKE NEWS" AND ADDS DHS TRIED TO SCREW HER Earlier today we were one of, if not the first, media outlet to obtain all the personnel records that Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Tim Fox ordered the Department of Human Services to release regarding Attorney General Leslie Rutledge employment and separation from employment with that agency. KENTON TREMAR BUCKNER, a/k/a NEGRO PAPI, FACING JUDGEMENT AGAIN Befouled LRPD Chief Kenton Tremar Buckner, known in the street as " NegroPapi ", will be back in court for a second time in less than a month for another case in which he and his department refused to comply with a legal request for public records. The latest hearing will take place tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. before the Honorable Judge Mackie Pierce. One of the records that Buckner did not want to release involved LRPD incident reports in which LRPD Officer, and Fraternal Order of Police representative John Gilchrist was listed as a suspect. Befouled LRPD Police Chief Kenton Tremar Buckner failed to pay $4,744.57 in state income taxes when due which resulted in the Department of Finance & Administration ("DFA") filing a Certificate of Indebtedness (a lien) against him. LRPD Rules and Regulations apply to all sworn members of the police department. See Rules & Regulations, 1/1003.00. Violations of these rules subject the offender to disciplinary action. See Rules & Regulations, 1/2002.00.  Payment of debts incurred is 1/7009.00. The same holds true in the department's General Orders . Apparently Buckner did not include a check with his state tax return and he failed to respond to demands for payment. His failure to make the required payment for taxes owed resulted in DFA taking the serious step of filing a lien against him. The latest sordid sex scandal to hit Fayetteville Public Schools ("FPS") has ratcheted up a notch with a lawsuit filed Tuesday morning. Fired former superintendent Matthew Wendt filed a lawsuit against Shae Newman, his former receptionist and adulterous lover seeking over $850,000 in damages. Readers will recall that Newman filed a lawsuit against FPS to try and prevent the release of public records. She filed the lawsuit as "Jane Doe" trying to hide her identity even though she and her shyster attorney, Suzanne Clark, had given enough information so that the press and public sought out Newman for comments.
