CITY FOLDS IN LAWSUIT FILED BY RACIST RECRUIT AND ONE OTHER RECRUIT THAT DISCOVERED HIS RACIST POST

YET ANOTHER SETTLEMENT CHECK THE CITY DISHES OUT AS A RESULT OF LAWSUITS

Earlier today we broke the story about the city settling a lawsuit filed by two recruits, Brandon Schiefelbein and Katina Jones   fired for questionable social media posts.

A third recruit, Brandon Gurley, the recruit that reported Shitforbrains, err Schiefelbein and was also fired after FOP attorney Robert Newcob wined and dined befould LRPD Police Chief, Kenton Tremar "NegroPapi" Buckner and convinced Buckner that if he fired Shitforbrains, err Schiefelbei, he would have to fire Jone and Gurley.

Buckner took the bait and fired all three. Now the city pays for another of his numerous mistakes.

Gurley has filed a lawsuit himself and will now no doubt get a check to settle as well. He may get a larger on though as he was subjected to harassment by training staff.


Why city manager Bruce Moore has not fired Buckner is a question we have asked and several Little Rock Board of Director we have spoken with are asking too.

We all have come to the conclusion that Buckner has something on Moore that keeps Moore from firing him.

Changes in leadership at LRPD must take place and the only way that Moore can keep his position (remember elections and changes are coming) is to immediately fire Buckner and send him on his way.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

  A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. ASP Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy exposed as a racist in text messages to estranged wife.

Thanks to a tipster, we were able to obtain public records that expose Arkansas State Police Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy as a racist. Records filed in the divorce proceedings Kennedy's wife has filed give shocking information what Trooper Kennedy thinks about People of Color. In amended filings, Trooper Kennedy's estranged wife states that he is a white supremacist and fears for the safety of their children. And it's no surprise that Trooper Kennedy is a registered Republican.
