Michael Wilbanks, A LRPD cop with a history of violent behavior Mercenary Little Rock cop Michael Anderson Wilbanks was arrested on May 15, 2026, in Saline County. He was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. We reported about Wilbanks being arrested and suspended back in November 2023 after he was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment. Click here to read that story.
