LRPD asks Arkansas State Police to investigate Major Cristina Plummer for stealing time - Prosecutor declines to take action

Major Cristina Plummer stole time but won't face criminal charges The Scott Administration has refused since last year to provide copies of complaints and internal investigation files of their corrupt cops. We have an on-going  lawsuit concerning that and a hearing is set for November 12, 2026. One of the records they are trying to hide concerns Mayor Christina Plummer. Plummer is over the Major Crimes section. In March of 2026 a former LRPD cop made a complaint about her off-duty employment at Walmart. An internal investigation was opened at the direction of the chief at that time, Heath Helton. Records obtained from Walmart reflected that Plummer was working off-duty at the same time she was supposed to be working at LRPD. Records reflect that Plummer was paid for being on duty for over 5 hours at the same time she was being paid to work off-duty at Walmart. On one of the occasions, Plummer took sick leave. LRPD cop with a history of violence is suspended after another arrest - This time for domestic violence and child endangerment

Michael Wilbanks, A LRPD cop with a history of violent behavior Mercenary Little Rock cop Michael Anderson Wilbanks was arrested on May 15, 2026, in Saline County. He was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor. We reported about Wilbanks being arrested and suspended back in November 2023 after he was charged with criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and harassment. Click here to read that story.  In 2021, our affiliated  Corruption Sucks Blog, reported about   Wilbanks  wheelchair bound  wife at that time obtaining an Order of Protection,  due to violence he perpetrated against her.  Click here to read that story.
