ANOTHER ABC ENFORCEMENT AGENT HARASSED BY HAMLET FORCED TO RESIGN

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet has forced another seasoned ABC Enforcement agent, William "Bill" James Kruse, to resign to make way for a replacement that will not threaten his tenuous position as enforcement director. Kruse had been subjected to workplace harassment by Hamlet and other ABC agents shortly after Hamlet was appointed to head the enforcement section. Hamlet will be adding another yellow slip to cover up the face of another of his conquests.

DFA CREATES POSITION TO HANDLE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION REQUESTS BEING MADE TO THEM CONCERNING BOYCE HAMLET AND THE ABC

JACOB "JAKE" D. BLEED The Department of Finance and Administration had to create a new position to handle the the Freedom of Information requests deluging them concerning tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet. Wouldn't it have been more cost effective to simply get of Hamlet and restore integrity and credibility to the ABC?

ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR BOYCE HAMLET HAD UNPAID STATE INCOME TAXES FROM 2006 WHEN APPOINTED TO POSITION

Tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet can add deadbeat to his list of character traits.  Records filed with the Pulaski County Circuit Clerk reveal that besides being a cheater, fraudster and liar, Hamlet refused to take care of his personal tax liability from 2005 until he was appointed to a position at the Department of Finance and Administration and was forced to pay his long over due tax obligation to the State of Arkansas (DFA takes a dim view of their employees having unpaid tax or child support). Hamlet is not the only ABC employee that refused to pay their state tax obligation. Back in July we posted a story about ABC Enforcement agent Kenny Heroman who refused to tax care of his personal state tax obligation for two years (2010 and 2011). It is unbelievable that DFA would want to have employees in a division of their agency that deals with compliance to be out of compliance with state laws about paying taxes. Hamlet was an extremely poor choice for the position of ABC

STATE POLICE RELEASES FILE ON FORMER ABC ENFORCEMENT AGENT JERRELL SMITH - INVESTIGATION DETERMINED SMITH VIOLATED LAW BY ACCEPTING A TAZER FROM ABC PERMIT HOLDER

SMITH WAS FORCED TO RESIGN FOR ACCEPTING TASER FROM ABC PERMIT HOLDER The Arkansas State Police ("ASP") released their investigation file on a complaint made to them by tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet. The investigation determined that Smith apparently violated state laws regarding state employees using their official position to secure special privileges (A.C.A. § 21-8-304) and by receiving a prohibited gift (A.C.A. § 21-8-801). CLICK TO VIEW ASP FILE ON JERRELL SMITH Hamlet contacted the ASP about Smith and his gifted Taser after discussing the matter with DFA Director Larry Walther and DFA Human Resource Manager Amy Valentine and making a decision to get rid of him. HAMLET, WALTHER AND VALENTINE MET TO CONTEMPLATE SMITH'S FATE AT THE ABC Smith resigned  from the ABC on April 22, 2015. The Taser was a "gift" to Smith from William "Billy" Marfoglio, owner of Smokey's in Sherwood (a dive bar) and two strip clubs, Visions (North Little

ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR BOYCE HAMLET HAS "MEETING" WITH FBI

According to sources at the ABC, tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet had a "meeting" with the Federal Bureau of Investigation today. While the nature of the meeting was not disclosed, it is believed that the FBI requested to meet with Hamlet in connection to a complaint made to them concerning his obtaining positions in law enforcement in Arkansas and Mississippi using false information and making false and misleading statements under oath. The Little Rock Office of the FBI would not confirm or deny that they met with Hamlet. Look for an update as more information becomes available.

ETHICS COMMISSION FINDS FORMER ABC DEPUTY DIRECTOR RICK CRISMAN VIOLATED LAW

RICK CRISMAN, COLE FENNELL & JASON BIGBEE The Arkansas Ethics Commission, in a decision released October 12, 2015, found (by a 4-0 vote)  that former ABC Deputy Director Rick Crisman violated Arkansas Code Annotated  21-8-301(a) by using his position as Education & Instruction Analyst (Deputy Director) at the ABC to remove, and then return original sample driver's licenses from the ABC office and deliver them to a photographer in order to capture images for use in a smartphone application he was personally developing. CLICK TO VIEW ETHICS COMMISSION FINDINGS Crisman agreed with the Commission and was issued a Public Letter of Caution. A complaint to the Department of Finance and Administration in April 2015, led to an internal investigation of Crisman and his immediate resignation . Perhaps when the tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet is found to have violated state laws by the Ethics Committee and/or the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney, he will resign as

DFA & ABC FAILED TO FOLLOW ARKANSAS LAWS IN HIRING

The Department of Finance and Administration and the Alcoholic Beverage Control have failed to follow an Arkansas statue in the hiring of employees at the ABC. Arkansas Code Annotated § 12-9-602 requires a hiring agency to make an inquiry to the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training ("CLEST") to find out if/why that employee left a previous job in law enforcement.   Documents obtained via a Freedom of Information request indicate that the DFA and the ABC have not made the required inquires and refuse to answer questions posed to them about their failure to adhere to Arkansas laws. According to Brian Marshall, a Deputy Director at CLEST, their records indicate that the DFA and the ABC have not made the required inquires prior to hiring agents, including tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet. Apparently the DFA and ABC feel that they are above the law and finding out why someone was fired from or left employment with a law enforcement is not impo

BOYCE HAMLET TO BE LISTED IN NATIONAL DATA BASE OF UNPRINCIPLED POLICE OFFICERS

Boyce Hamlet, the tainted ABC Enforcement Director, is being listed on a site that exposes "the rotten apples withing America's law enforcement agencies". For the past fifteen years, Hamlet has lied about his employment in law enforcement on job applications and forms submitted to state agencies. Hamlet hid his employment and termination from the Arkansas State Police for cheating on an exam and lying multiple times to internal investigators, until this blog exposed his intentional deception and shed light on his true character, or his lack of character.  Even the Arkansas Attorney General could not stop the truth from being revealed. We understand that there are other similar sites that will be adding Hamlet to their lists of law enforcement officers that have no honor, lack integrity and credibility and should be employed as greeters at Wal-Mart instead being pariahs in a profession that demands sullied, tarnished and unprincipled individuals hang their heads in shame a

JUDGE SAYS HAMLET'S LACK OF HONESTY AND TRUTHFULNESS COULD BE A HUGE ISSUE IN ENFORCEMENT ISSUES FOR ABC

The transcript of Judge Mackie Pierce's ruling in the case involving the release of the Arkansas State Police investigation file of Boyce Hamlet, reveals Judge Pierce questioning the continued employment of Hamlet at the ABC or elsewhere in law enforcement. After reviewing the file in question in the hearing, Judge Pierce stated that the Plaintiff's argument was more persuasive than that of the Defense and that "when the record reflects a breach of trust or an illegal conduct by public employees", "the public's interest in disclosure is compelling".  Judge Pierce further stated "I'm going to tell you, after a review of the  records , I think that the reason for his termination certainly goes to the issue of -- of a trust issue or a -- an honesty issues that I find compelling today because of his position". Judge Pierce also stated that as argued by the Plaintiff, Hamlet had not truthfully disclosed his hiring and firing by the state police

ACIC TO INVESTIGATE ALLEGATIONS THAT BOYCE HAMLET MISUSED ACCESS TO INFORMATION

The Arkansas Crime Information Center ("ACIC") is looking into allegations that Boyce Hamlet, the tainted ABC Enforcement Director, misused his access to the ACIC system for his own benefit and gain in posts he made on his Facebook page End the Arkansas Parole Crisis .   Brad Cazort, an administrator at the ACIC, is reviewing a detailed complaint and looking into an allegation of multiple violations of terms of use of ACIC resources by Hamlet when he was an employee of Cody Highland, the Prosecuting Attorney for the 20th Judicial District. This makes the third such complaint filed in regard to Hamlet in the last few days. The other complaints were made to the Arkansas Ethic Committee and  the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney. The Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training ("CLEST") is in the process of revoking Hamlet's only law enforcement certification. We understand that ABC employee's have a "Goodbye Boyce" pool going th

BOYCE HAMLET'S LAW ENFORCEMENT CERTIFICATION TO BE REVOKED

BOYCE HAMLET TO LOOSE ARKANSAS LAW ENFORCEMENT CREDENTIALS The only law enforcement certification currently held by tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet is being revoked according to Department of Community Correction Deputy Director Dan Roberts.   DCC DEPUTY DIRECTOR DAN ROBERTS Roberts stated that he was under the impression that once Hamlet ceased working for DCC, his specialized certification would be de-activated after 90 days.  Hamlet worked as a probation office from 2004 through 2007, by hiding the fact that he has been employed and fired by the Arkansas State Police for cheating on an exam and lying multiple times to investigators during an internal investigation, in violation of state laws. Roberts was provided information from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training that indicated Hamlet and another ABC Enforcement agent, Ken Coon, Jr. still possessed certification that they obtained when they were  employed by DCC.  Roberts stated he wou

BOYCE HAMLET - HYPOCRITE AND LAWBREAKER

CLICK TO WATCH T.V. INTERVIEW Back in 2012 when Boyce Hamlet worked for the Cody Hiland, the Prosecuting Attorney for the 20th Judicial District in Conway, he used resources of that position for his own benefit and gain in violation of Arkansas Code Annotated § 21-8-304. Hamlet used his official access to restricted computer data to publish information and mugshots of individuals on probation and parole on a Facebook page he created called End the Arkansas Parole Crisis .  The page is critical of the Arkansas Department of Community Correction, the agency that Hamlet lied to about his employment history and hid his firing by the Arkansas State Police to get a job as a probation officer. By looking at the mugshot photos, you can readily see that they are of a higher quality than that of photos that could be downloaded off the web.  Hamlet had access to Arkansas Crime Information Center data ("ACIC") that includes photos and information about criminal history.     Hamlet
