BOYCE HAMLET - HYPOCRITE AND LAWBREAKER

Back in 2012 when Boyce Hamlet worked for the Cody Hiland, the Prosecuting Attorney for the 20th Judicial District in Conway, he used resources of that position for his own benefit and gain in violation of Arkansas Code Annotated § 21-8-304.

Hamlet used his official access to restricted computer data to publish information and mugshots of individuals on probation and parole on a Facebook page he created called End the Arkansas Parole Crisis. The page is critical of the Arkansas Department of Community Correction, the agency that Hamlet lied to about his employment history and hid his firing by the Arkansas State Police to get a job as a probation officer.

By looking at the mugshot photos, you can readily see that they are of a higher quality than that of photos that could be downloaded off the web. Hamlet had access to Arkansas Crime Information Center data ("ACIC") that includes photos and information about criminal history.

Hamlet tells a KARK reporter that he created a blog and posts stories about issues with probationers. The interview is being conducted from Hamlet's office with the Prosecuting Attorney in Conway (Faulkner County). Hamlet is ranting about an incident that occurred in Little Rock (Pulaski County) which is outside the jurisdiction of his office. Hamlet started the page in 2011, the same year that he went to work for Hiland and maintained control of it until shortly before he was appointed to head ABC Enforcement.

Hamlet was also actively involved in several Republican campaigns while employed for Hiland and we questioned if he had actually taken leave to do so.

Requests were made to Cody Hiland for Hamlet's leave records and information about his internet usage, but Hiland has refused to provide the information or a response.

Hamlet's interview displays his hypocrisy in that he says "it's time for people to start answering for their actions". Hamlet has not taken responsibility for his actions (lying and cheating when a state trooper recruit and then hiding that fact for 15 years to obtain job in law enforcement that he might not have obtained and had he been truthful).

How much longer will Hamlet embarrass the Department of Finance & Administration and cause the public to question the soundness of his appointment? With a complaint to the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney for his violations of A.C.A. §5-53-103 and a complaint to the Arkansas Ethics Commission for violations of A.C.A. § 21-8-304, we don't expect it to be too much longer.

Bryant High School teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a student

The Bryant Police Department confirms an on-going investigation of a now former Bryant teacher, Heather Danielle (Hall) Hare. Hare (age 32) has been accused of sexual contact with a student. Hare was featured on ABC Good Morning America in May 2020 when a course she taught was discontinued during the pandemic. At this point no details of the alleged illegal conduct have been released. Earlier today the school district posted this on a Bryant Schools Facebook page. According to on-line school board records, Hare submitted her resignation effective April 1, 2023. ASP Trooper Jacob Haynie caught on his own mobile video recordings using the N-word

On November 21, 2023, after one of those questionable PIT maneuvers (the ASP now calls Precision Immobilization Technique , or PIT maneuvers, Tactical Vehicle Intervention or TVI) ASP rookie trooper and former Hope Arkansas cop Jacob Haynie was caught on his and other ASP mobile video recordings using profanity and the N-word. ASP policy prohibits the behavior and words Trooper Haynie uttered. That same policy also prohibits actions and behaviors that reflect unfavorably on the ASP. Haynie's wife works at the Hempstead County Assessors office. Wonder if she uses that language at work too? ### The full videos can be viewed on many of the YouTube Channels that feature ASP videos. A follower of one channel identifies Haynie as the one uttering the words. Apparently that individual knows Haynie and might have worked with him at Hope PD. Three LRPD cops "relieved of duty" over incident at Club Trois

Sources at LRPD have confirmed a tip we received that three LRPD cops, Brad Stewart, Lee Pitts and Justin Sims have been "relieved of duty" in connection with an incident at Club Trois. The story we were told is that Stewart was working off-duty at Club Trois and dealt with an inebriated female club patron by soaking her with pepper spray. LRPD General Order ("G.O.") 303 requires that a cop that uses physical force, non-lethal control and compliance devices, on or off-duty, follow certain procedures. Use of pepper spray is a Level 4 event. Here are the specific procedures. LRPD sources tell us that they are trained to call MEMS after they use pepper spray or a taser on an individual. They are to file an incident report and they file an officer's report or letter form (5600-2) with their immediate supervisor for each use of force incident.
