PRINGLES & HAAGEN DAZS ARE BUCKNER'S TRAVEL COMFORT FOODS Befouled LRPD Chief Kenton Tremar Buckner has racked up a whopping $43k in travel expenditures since he was hired in 2014 by City Manager Bruce Moore over the objections of many long time LRPD officers and concerned citizens.  Click here to view all reports from November 2014 through November 2017. The records reveal that Buckner often travels with overweight luggage and often does not obtain receipts for checking in his luggage or for taxi rides, instead providing a memo in which he provides an excuse for his lack of obtaining a receipt - he usually blames the taxi or shuttle driver. It's never his fault. The records also show that he often has a late night snack in his room and with an alcoholic beverage.  He also appears to be fond of Pringles and Haagen Dazs ice cream. Buckner attended a course at Harvard at the cost of over $14k to the citizens of Little Rock. The course was on Executive Leadership. Surely Br
