ADMITTED LAWBREAKER - FORT SMITH DISTRICT JUDGE JIM O'HERN Fort Smith District Judge Jim O'Hern signed an Offer of Settlement with the Arkansas Ethics Commission in which he admitted and agreed he violated Arkansas law by accepting illegal campaign contributions in his run for office. The complaint against O'Hern was filed by the publisher of this blog . O'Hern was not fined, but was issued a Public Letter of Caution. O'Hern's campaign treasurer, William C. Warren, Jr.,  an attorney as well, also signed the Offer of Settlement and was fined the whopping sum of $100.00 for violating the law by accepting illegal campaign contributions.   Warren was also issued a Public Letter of Caution. SUSPENDED LRPD OFFICER JASON "HORNDOG" BUTLER Records obtained from LRPD, records that they did not want to produce and which they took their sweet time releasing, reveal that the LRPD officer Jason "Horndog" Butler had a history of questionable behavior with females while duty. When you read what those reported situation were, you will wonder why LRPD did not fire him after the first incident back in 2015. Maybe sick, sketchy sexually abuse behavior is acceptable at the Little Rock Police Department and the city of Little Rock. Officer Jason "Horndog" Butler got our attention back on April 15th when Mitch McCoy, a reporter with Fox16, aired a story about "Horndog". McCoy reported that while on suspension and with nothing better to do, "Horndog" was trolling the city early one morning and claimed to find a juvenile female at a bus stop. STATE SENATOR JOYCE ELLIOT (LEFT) AND RUSTY CRANFORD (RIGHT) ON ELECTION NIGHT IN 2012 Last week we received a tip that the FBI had their eyes on Arkansas State Senator Joyce Elliot (D) of Little Rock.  So we called the Central Arkansas Planning and Development District office in Lonoke (they are the agency that gave of the GIF booty) and made a verbal Freedom of Information request for "all files the FBI subpoened from their agency regarding state Senator Joyce Elliot." CAPDD quicky responded, after all they had already prepared the records for the FBI,  and did we strike gold. Elliot funneled around $60,000.00 to Rusty Cranford just as felons Micah Neal and Jon Woods did. NEAL & WOOD ALSO FUNNELED TAXPAYER FUNDS TO CRANFORD Neal testified at his trial back in April that "Jon and I expected to get paid."  The question we have is did Elliot also expect a payment and did she get one? Cranford did not provide CAPDD with much in the way of documentation to show how
