Carlos Ahmed Hussian, Jr. (right) Carlos Ahmed Hussian, Jr., a former "undercover minor" operative for the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Enforcement agency⑴, a former LRPD cadet and most recently a Detention Deputy for the Pulaski County Sheriff's Officer was terminated on October 31st after a quick internal investigation substantiated an allegation made on October 29th that he was involved in a sexual assault of a male inmate in July of this year. The complaint was made a female friend (who also happens to be a former PCSO employee) of the inmate , who told her that he had been sexually assaulted by a detention deputy on July 26th. The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette published a story today that contained these two blurbs. Based on the details the rag provided, we were easily able to identify the victim. Smith is the only inmate currently in the facility that was arrested in February 2022 and has a $250,000 bond. This isn't the first time Hussian has been fired
