LRPD SNUBS ABC ENFORCEMENT IN CASE INVOLVING BOOTLEGGER

  LRPD CHIEF KENTON BUCKNER AND HIS FOOL, BOYCE HAMLET Due in part to the Little Rock Police Departments disdain for tainted ABC Enforcement Director and pretend law enforcement officer Boyce Hamlet, they did not bring the ABC in on a case involving a successful bootlegger.        Little Rock Police said a man's son robbed and nearly killed him this month over $80,000 in "bootlegging" money the father had stashed in their house, according to court filings released Thursday. Johnny Scott Jr., 39, is accused of attacking his 68-year-old father, Johnny Scott Sr., in an armed robbery July 9 in which the elder Scott was stabbed at least 11 times. LRPD said the attack left the elder Scott in a coma for several days with life-threatening injuries. He was still hospitalized July 19 when he spoke to investigators and identified his son as one of two men involved in the robbery, according to court affidavits. COTTON PLANT HOUSING AUTHORITY FRAUDSTERS GET PRISON SENTENCE AND OWE OVER $700K IN RESTITUTION

RHONDA & GARY WILLIAMS Rhonda and Gary Williams ( CLICK TO VIEW OUR PREVIOUS POST ABOUT THE WILLIAMS ) will serve prison time after using their positions at the Cotton Plant Housing Authority to intercept funds, solicit bribes, misuse company credit cards and do construction on their home, U.S. Attorney Patrick C. Harris said in a statement today.   Rhonda Williams, 50, was given a sentence of three years and one month. Gary Williams, her 59-year-old husband, was sentenced to two years. Both sentences will be followed by three years of supervised release.  The ruling comes after the couple pled guilty to conspiring to commit bank fraud and money laundering in September.  At the time of their crimes, Rhonda Williams was the housing authority’s executive director.
