NLRPD cop William "Wild Bill" Hamby and his victim On Friday October 11th,  an incident occurred at Horizons Day Treatment in North Little Rock.   The school is a referral only placement for children with behavioral and/or mental health issues that cannot be placed in a traditional classroom setting. The school called the cops and the child's mother called MEMS as this was not the first time an incident with her minor daughter has occurred. MEMS would not go to the school until after North Little Rock cops arrived on the scene. One of the NLRPD cops was William Hambey. NLRPD cop William Hamby Hamby and a female cop, accosted the distraught minor female and handcuffed her. Hamby struck the handcuffed minor female in the face claiming she spit on him. Hamby did not let MEMS treat the minor he struck. The child's mother demanded a supervisor come to the treatment center. Sgt.   On August 7, 2024, during a nude modeling photo session at the House of Art in North Little Rock a female model claims she was sexually assaulted by Leron McAdoo. 108 E 4th St, North Little Rock, AR McAdoo is a teacher at the Little Rock School District Dr. Marian G. Lacey K-8 Academy.  This is his self-published biography.  We were made aware of the incident after seeing her post on social media.   After the incident the victim made a police report with the North Little Rock Police Department that provided the same information. We sent a request to LRSD for comments but at the time of publication they had not responded. In 2018 McAdoo was accused of striking a student. That case ended up in Federal Court and was agreed by the parties to be dismissed. Did LRSD payoff the alleged victim?
