Little Rock School District teacher Leron McAdoo accused of sexual assualt during a modeling photo shoot

On August 7, 2024, during a nude modeling photo session at the House of Art in North Little Rock a female model claims she was sexually assaulted by Leron McAdoo.

McAdoo is a teacher at the Little Rock School District Dr. Marian G. Lacey K-8 Academy.

We were made aware of the incident after seeing her post on social media.

After the incident the victim made a police report with the North Little Rock Police Department that provided the same information.

We sent a request to LRSD for comments but at the time of publication they had not responded.

In 2018 McAdoo was accused of striking a student.

That case ended up in Federal Court and was agreed by the parties to be dismissed. Did LRSD payoff the alleged victim?

The 7th Street Mural Project has removed a painting on McAdoo they had on that corridor.

A post on their Facebook page mentioned other complaints made about sketchy goings-on at the House of Art.

Even McAdoo's daughter is distancing herself and the Step Into My Office or SIMO, a monthly open mic night founded by her brother (the one that died in January, and according to her father had "impacted his intimacy").

Wonder if banker and Little Rock Ward 1 City Director Virgil Miller will be distancing himself from McAdoo too?

Speaking of distancing, LRSD has placed McAdoo on paid administrative leave pending an investigation by the district (really they mean pending his arrest and possible conviction).

An email went out from the school principal were McAdoo teaches to parents that attempted to deflect concerns about McAdoo's alleged criminal activity calling it "inappropriate behavior" with an adult and stating it did not occur at the school.

Last thing we need in the safe city of Little Rock is a teacher that preys on females, no matter their age.

Little Rock pastor takes his own life after complaint of sexually explict conduct with a minor child

On April 24, 2024, Tyce Michelle Scroggins found what she has described to authorities as "inappropriate text and pictures" on her husband's cellphone. The messages were between her husband, Michael Todd Scroggins, the senior pastor at Moody Chapel AME Church in Little Rock and a minor student at LISA Academy High School. Moody Chapel AME Church An argument ensued about the text messages and Pastor Scroggins left the home. On April 25th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a report with the Little Rock Police Department about the text messages. She also notified LISA Academy administration. On April 28th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a missing person report with the Sherwood Police Department. Sherwood Police put out an alert on social media. Arkansas State Police Trooper fired

I n June 2023 a teenage female filed a compliant with the Arkansas State Police ("ASP") about Corporal Michael Valentin, an ASP Trooper stationed in Harrison, AR. In her complaint she alleged that Valentin had groomed her and had sexual activities, while on duty, with her and another minor female. She also alleged he was stalking her. An internal investigation was opened. Both teenage females were interviewed as was Valentin. The girls stated that they were acquainted with Valentine because one of them was the stepdaughter of a fellow trooper and Valentin was a frequent customer at the restaurant that the fellow trooper and his wife owned, where both of the girls worked.
