ASP Trooper Michael Valentine fired for repeated "inappropriate behavior" with minors. Ménage à trois in handcuffs and nude pictures were involved.

 In June 2023 a teenage female filed a compliant with the Arkansas State Police ("ASP") about Corporal Michael Valentin, an ASP Trooper stationed in Harrison, AR.

In her complaint she alleged that Valentin had groomed her and had sexual activities, while on duty,  with her and another minor female. She also alleged he was stalking her.

 An internal investigation was opened.

Both teenage females were interviewed as was Valentin. 

The girls stated that they were acquainted with Valentine because one of them was the stepdaughter of a fellow trooper and Valentin was a frequent customer at the restaurant that the fellow trooper and his wife owned, where both of the girls worked.

The fellow state trooper was Jason Hutcheson. And the restaurant was Hutch's Hot Chicken.

Valentin even helped out with some construction projects at Hutcheson's restaurant.


The girls stated that for about nine months,  Valentin had causal encounters with them at different locations in Harrison, and that he started grooming them via salacious Snapchat messages that ultimately led to sexual encounters. Valentin told the girls to keep their activities a secret. They also stated that he played "mind games" with them

The girls told ASP investigators that the sexual incidents began in October of 2022. They saw Valentin at a gas station and had a conversation with him. Valentin then contacted them via Snapchant and arranged hookups with them in secluded areas. 

It's important to note that Snapchat servers are designed to automatically delete all one-on-one and Group Chat Snaps after they've been viewed by all recipients. However, in one-on-one conversations, either you or your friend can set Snaps to delete after 24 hours for all infinite timer, loop, and bounce Snaps in your conversation. A perfect tool for pedos.

Valentine would handcuff them, touch them all over their bodies (breasts, buttocks and vagina)  and kiss them. These hookups occurred for about four months. 

During these interviews, it came out that the girls knew about other instances, or scandals, that involved Valentin that intrigued them. Note: the ASP withheld an additional complaint file concerning Valentin because they did not result in a suspension. Most likely a written warning was issued to Valentin.

Both girls stated they had come forward to stop Valentine from grooming other girls and using his position of power to take advantage of them.

When Valentin was interviewed, at first he placed all the blame on the two girls.  Then he claimed the devil made him do it. Narcissistic individuals, like Valentin, cannot admit fault and blame others for their actions. Valentine said that he was flattered to have attention from the young girls and cited issues with his wife, Falisha,  that contributed to his involvement with them.

By the way, Falisha's father is Arkansas State Representative Ron McNair. Perhaps that is why the ASP initially went easy on Valentin.

The ASP did not want to reveal McNair's identity to us.

 

Valentine told the ASP investigator he didn't understand why his good friend Hutch had ghosted him. Maybe fingering his teenage stepdaughter had a little something to do with that.

As a result of the investigation, Valentin was suspended for five days, and transferred from Troop I in Harrison to Troop L in Lowell. The ASP did not force Valentine to relocate to the county to which he was transferred, as is required by ASP policy, instead he was allowed to continue to live in Harrison in Boone County.

Upon his transfer, he was assigned a brand new vehicle.


Folks in Harrison knew Valentin was a pervert and a player. He played off his transfer to an adjacent county as a promotion.

It didn't take long for Valentine to start grooming replacements and complaints began rolling in.

An anonymous complaint was sent in about overhearing a male teenager talking to Valentine at a ballgame asking him why he was sending messages to his 13 year old girlfriend.

 

And the mother of a 17 year old filed a complaint about Valentine sending her daughter inappropriate message and nude photos.


So another investigation was opened into Valentin's activities with a minor.


ASP interviewed the boy that was overheard talking to Valentin at a ballgame along with the girl and her mother.

The girl told investigators that Valentine contacted her via Instagram late one night or early morning. She said she know Valentine because he had been family friend of one of her ex-BFF's. She stated that Valentine was "weird" because when she was at parties at her ex-BFF's house, Valentine would stare at the young girls there and creep them out. The girl also stated that Valentine had attempted to delete the messages he had sent her but she had screenshots of them. 

Valentine was wanting her to reestablish a friendship with that ex-BFF, possibly for another ménage à trois.

All this was confirmed by the boyfriend during his interview with ASP investigators.

Valentin was interviewed this time by ASP investigator Christina McKibben.

At the very start of the interview we learn that there had been a previous investigation of Valentine that centered on one of his personal Facebook accounts.

Apparently he was kicked off Facebook because "violations of community standards". Kiddie porn had been sent using messenger. Valentin claimed his page was hacked and the ASP investigation determined his pages had been logged into by an IP address from Russia. Apparently ASP investigators have never heard of a VPN.

 

The ASP investigator had a hard time believing that Valentin had been hacked in that situation. 

We also get more details about his problems with his wife. Apparently she stopped having sex with him and that was his excuse for going after teenage girls.


We also learned that Valentine has a pornography addiction. No surprise there.

Valentin's  relationship to a state representative was of no help to him this time. The ASP had little choice but to fire the pedo to try and keep their reputation intact. 


 

Valentine's recruit class produced a couple of other fuckups.

Graduating with him back in 2015 were Russell Alan Aiken and Ryan Wingo.

Wingo holds the honor of being named the worst cop in the USA.

Aiken was one of the January 6th insurgents that attempted a coup.

ASP Trooper texts and stalks a 14 year old that was near same age as his own daughter, while having an affair with her married sister.
