LRPD cop with a history of violence is suspended after another arrest - This time for domestic violence and child endangerment

| Michael Wilbanks, A LRPD cop with a history of violent behavior |
Mercenary Little Rock cop Michael Anderson Wilbanks was arrested on May 15, 2026, in Saline County. He was charged with Aggravated Assault on a Family or Household Member and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
In 2021, our affiliated Corruption Sucks Blog, reported about Wilbanks wheelchair bound wife at that time obtaining an Order of Protection, due to violence he perpetrated against her. Click here to read that story. She divorced him.
LRPD fired Wilbanks over the incident in 2023. He appealed his termination to the Little Rock Civil Service Commission (another corrupt entity of the Scott Administration that had an illegal member at the time, attorney Bobby Forrest, Jr - a Sherwood, AR resident - who was recently elected Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney. Forrest himself was fired from the Jacksonville PD for lying and was decertified).
In January 2026, The Civil Service Commission overturned the decision by LRPD to fire Wilbanks and instead ordered that he be demoted and receive back wages.
They have at least 75 cops on a liars list that will not be called as a witness by the Prosecuting Attorney because of their lack of credibility and honesty. Any case they work is tainted. Why are they still employed? Because the Scott Administration and the LRPD are corrupt.
We will be publishing a series of stories about all the corrupt cops working at LRPD and providing all the records we have obtained about them.
We had to fight to get those records and are fighting now in court to obtain addition records.
Check back for updates.
