LRPD cop Michael Wilbanks arrested for criminal trespass, disordely conduct, and harassment

An affidavit for the arrest of Mercenary LRPD cop Michael Anderson Wilbanks, age 42, of Cabot, AR was filed in the Cabot office of the Lonoke County District Court on November 16, 2023 in connection withe an incident that occurred on October 22, 2023.

According to court filings, Wilbanks was stopped at a stop sign and was not moving. Another individual went around him and Wilbanks followed that man to his residence. Wilbanks jumped out of his car and angerly yelled at the man saying he was a cop and had a gun and "wasn't afraid to use it". Wilbanks also made a comment to the man's wife..." I'm not afraid to shoot a dog either".

Here are the court filings.

Wilbanks has been employed by LRPD since October of 2011.

It's not the first time Wilbanks behavior has landed him in court.

Check out that incident on our affiliated Corruption Sucks Blog.

According to sources at LRPD, Wilbanks has been "relieved of duty".

Just last week three other LRPD cops were "relieved of duty" as well.

You can read about that by clicking here.

LRPD has a serious problem with fuck-up cops. They have a number of individuals that have committed domestic violence and should have been fired but are still on the payroll.

They have over 70 cops on a Brady Cop / Liars List ( https://tinyurl.com/LRPDBradyCops) that should have been immediately fired and replaced with credible, honest and truthful individuals.

The Scott Administration and it's LRPD are the most corrupt and untransparent entities we have ever dealt with.

We are in the process of forcing changes. Stay tuned.

Two Arkansas State Police Troopers were fired on April 5, 2024 after administrative investigations were conducted into accusations that they were romantically involved. Sgt. Mark Austin Blackerby (38 and married) of Scott and Trooper Jessica Diane McCord (30 and single) of Conway during their interviews with the State Police Office of Professional Standards ("OPS") in January 2024, were dishonest about the affair according to records provided to us by the ASP.   A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. As his campaign literature detailed, he owns a couple of businesses in area. During our investigation of Jones for this story, we found that he had been accused of exploiting Daniel L. Koester, 64 years old, who had cancer and had been in hospice after sufferin...
