Little Rock School District teacher arrested for domestic violence.

Washington teaches at Dr. Marion G. Lacey K-8 Academy

On August 19th at around 11:15 PM,  LRPD cops working off-duty at an apartment complex on Green Mountain Drive in West Little Rock were told a naked man carrying a brick was running around the complex.

The cops found a naked and intoxicated Justin Washington who claimed to have been attacked by his ex.

The cops located the alleged attacked and found that she had injuries.

Washington was arrested and  charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication.

It was his third such arrest and the same victim was involved in each instance.  The other arrests took place in 2021 and 2022.

Washingtion is a teacher at LRSD Dr. Marion G. Lace K-8 Academy.

Here is court file from his current case.

As mentioned, it's not the first time Washington has been arrested for domestic violence.

In August of 2021, Washington was arrested for domestic battery (same victim as the 2025 one) and caught a break from the district court judge at that time, Judge Melanie Martin. She sentenced him to a one year pass to dismiss on January 11, 2022.

But then in October 2022, before the year had passed, Washington got arrested for domestic battery again, violating the conditions of his earlier sentence.

Here's the case file from the second domestic battery case.

Apparently the Pulaski COunty Prosecuting Attorney has an issue woth domestic violence cases involving gay men as he dropped both cases against Washington.

Washington appears to be an alcoholic. He was arrested in Garland County in January 2025 for public intoxication.

Washington told Hot Springs cops that he was unemployed when in fact he was working as a teacher in the Little Rock School District.

Washington failed to show up for the hearing (he would have had to tell LRSD about his arrest and ask for time off to attend the hearing) and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

His mom paid his bond and it was forfeited and applied to fees closing out that case.

Surely these court cases will impact his employment at LRSD and his educator's license.

According to records provided by LRSD, Washington lied about his convictions for public intoxications on his inital application for employment and on one he made recently for a new position.

Individuals like Washington have no business being an educator.

***UPDATE 09/06/25***

We received a tip about Washington's past. In his younger days he was involved in the porn industry. He worked under the name Snow Bunni.

Here's a list of his videos.

Washington/Snow Bunni contacted HIV as a result of his involvement in the porn star lifestyle according to a video he made and an article published by TheBody.

A former teacher of his posted about his diagnosis.

LRSD must address the problems with their background checks as well as the Arkansas Department of Education that issues teacher credentials.

***UPDATE - 09/08/25***

A reader sent us this message early this morning.

Washington was not in the gym when the incident occurred. Perhaps had he been supervising the class, the outcome might have been different. We reported about the incident at the school that resulted a homicide.

ASP Trooper texts and stalks a 14 year old that was near same age as his own daughter, while having an affair with her married sister.

Was ASP Trooper Billy Martin trying to pull all 3 sisters?   In January 2019, Callie Hinson and Joseph Ramer began dating. On June 13, 2020, Joseph proposed to Callie.  They were married on February 21, 2021. By the time of their first anniversary, their marriage was in shambles and Callie was estranged from her family all due to this man, Arkansas State Police Trooper Billy Mitchell Martin. Martin joined the ASP as a recruit in January of 2007. Records from his personnel file indicate he was from Boone County and he was posted there after graduating troop school.   Martin was promoted to Trooper First Class in July 2011 and Corporal in July 2014. In late 2019 and early 2020, Martin tried to get transferred to a Criminal Investigation position in Boone County but was unsuccessful. Around that same time, Martin filed for divorce from his wife of 10 years.   The Divorce was finalized in March 2020. Martin hit the single scene hard and had no trouble hooking up with bad...

ASP Trooper Lincoln Smith fired for admitted criminal activity

The Arkansas State Police has confirmed that Trooper Lincoln Smith from Troop E (based in Pine Bluff) was fired on April 11th for illegal conduct.    False reports of his arrest went viral on social media.   As the ASP criminal investigation is on-going, they will not release any further details of his criminal actions.   As the termination letter states, Smith admitted to criminal conduct and was immediately fired.  Smith was hired by the ASP on October 2023. Smith was employed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a Game Warden prior to his hiring by the ASP.   Records obtained from CLEST do not indicate that the ASP requested decertification.     Jacksonville 911 was contacted about Smith and they advised he last worked for them in 2022.   At the time of publication, Smith's Facebook page is still open and up.    Stay tuned for updates.
