LRPD still investigating the death of a LRSD student in January 2025

Jamiah Greene - Her death in Janurary is still unders investigation by LRPD

On Janurary 16, 2025 we received several messages about the death of a 13 year old female. According to the messages, she was a student at Little Rock School District's Dr. Marion G. Lacey K-8 Academy.

We searched on Facebook and found several posts about the incident. We sent LRPD Chief Heath Helton a text message about the incident. Helton stated he was looking into the matter and he had detectives working on it.

Our post about the incident went viral.

LRSD went into damage control mode and attempted to discredit the information we shared on social media. The sketchy LRSD superintendent told news media that much misinformation is being shared about what occurred and LRPD wanted to provide clarity, but they couldn't discuss thematter due to student privacy regulations.

What happend was that she was in the school gym fpr cheer practice and a male student attacked her. According to an LRSD teacher that reached out to us, no school staff was present when the incident occurred and she did have a medical condition, asthma and heart condition, and that the attack knocked her out or triggered an event connected to her medical issue.

Another parent posted this.

LRSD set up a meeting at the school to discuss the incident, but did not say much due to that student privacy regulation.

The principal of the school, Don Porter, continued the narrative that false information was being shared (the attack on the student).

If the student just had an asthma attack and there was no attack on her by another student, why would law enforcement investigate the matter? And if it was a natural death why has that information been released?

If an autopsy was conducted by the State Medical Examiner, the results would be known by this time. And according to the Pulaski County Coroner's Office, her body did in fact go to the State Medical Examiner for an autopsy.

Since February, we have attempted to get records from LRPD concening the death. The most recent attempt was yesterday. LRPD advised us that they cannot provide any records at this time, except for the LRPD Incident Report, due to an open investigation.

LRPD provided us with a copy of their incident report back in February.

According to our LRPD sources, the process is that once they have completed their investigation, their file is submitted to the prosecuting attorney for review.

If LRPD has completed their investigation, they cannot withold those records.

If the prosecuting attorney has the case under review, they can claim an open investigation exemption, but LRPD cannot.

The fact that LRPD is refusing to release records indicated that they found probable  cause to file charges against her attacker. Due to circumstances, the prosecuting attorney will decide if any charges will be filed.

Little Rock had 10 documented homicides in January 2025 breaking records held since 1990.

An 11th homicide occurring in January 2025 would break records held since

We pointed this out in this story in February.

https://www.smr.snarkymedia.com/2025/02/10-homicides-in-january-in-little-rock.html

The Scott Administration and it's LRPD are guilty of using skewed statistics in false messaging saying crime is on a decline in the safe city of Little Rock.

Recently the feckless mayor issued statements about lower crime and the following week asked city directors to adopt a stricter curfew for juveniles after two weekends of criminal activies perpetrated by juveniles in the downtown and Rivermarker area.

Each killing of human being in the city of Little Rock, even by a cop, points to how dangerous the city really is.

Telling lies, cooking the books on crime numbers, and gaslighting is what the MAGA operative Scott Administration does. Total bamboozlement.

ASP Trooper texts and stalks a 14 year old that was near same age as his own daughter, while having an affair with her married sister.

Was ASP Trooper Billy Martin trying to pull all 3 sisters?   In January 2019, Callie Hinson and Joseph Ramer began dating. On June 13, 2020, Joseph proposed to Callie.  They were married on February 21, 2021. By the time of their first anniversary, their marriage was in shambles and Callie was estranged from her family all due to this man, Arkansas State Police Trooper Billy Mitchell Martin. Martin joined the ASP as a recruit in January of 2007. Records from his personnel file indicate he was from Boone County and he was posted there after graduating troop school.   Martin was promoted to Trooper First Class in July 2011 and Corporal in July 2014. In late 2019 and early 2020, Martin tried to get transferred to a Criminal Investigation position in Boone County but was unsuccessful. Around that same time, Martin filed for divorce from his wife of 10 years.   The Divorce was finalized in March 2020. Martin hit the single scene hard and had no trouble hooking up with bad...

ASP Trooper Lincoln Smith fired for admitted criminal activity

The Arkansas State Police has confirmed that Trooper Lincoln Smith from Troop E (based in Pine Bluff) was fired on April 11th for illegal conduct.    False reports of his arrest went viral on social media.   As the ASP criminal investigation is on-going, they will not release any further details of his criminal actions.   As the termination letter states, Smith admitted to criminal conduct and was immediately fired.  Smith was hired by the ASP on October 2023. Smith was employed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a Game Warden prior to his hiring by the ASP.   Records obtained from CLEST do not indicate that the ASP requested decertification.     Jacksonville 911 was contacted about Smith and they advised he last worked for them in 2022.   At the time of publication, Smith's Facebook page is still open and up.    Stay tuned for updates.
