LRPD cop Dallas Glasper caught on bodycamera making inappropriate and unprofessional sexual comments about a 16 year old female.

LRPD cop Dallas "Jailbait" Glasper gave off pedo vibes in a LRPD video

On July 3, 2026, at around 9:00 p.m., Little Rock cops Kale Manalo and Dallas Glasper responded to a call about aggressive dogs.

After the cops made contact with a 16 year old female at the home where the dogs were located and had gotten back to their patrol vehicle, Glasper can be heard on the body worn camera of Manalo saying, "She was nice, boy I'd fuck her right?".

Manalo responded "oh...we're still hot", and deactivated his body camera.

The Scott Administration and it's police department have not responded to a request for comments.

The mother of the minor female provided us with a copy of her daughter's ID (we redacted the photo) to verify her age and the image on the ID card was the same individual in the LRPD body camera video.


The birthdate was corroborated in a child support case involving the minor. 


"Jailbait" Glasper has no respect for LRPD policies.

He posted video of himself in his LRPD uniform on one of his social media accounts. LRPD has never given permission for an employee to post a photo of themselves in a uniform on their personal Facebook page.

Arkansas State Police Troopers fired for illicit sexual relationship

  Two Arkansas State Police Troopers were fired on April 5, 2024 after administrative investigations were conducted into accusations that they were romantically involved. Sgt. Mark Austin Blackerby (38 and married) of Scott and Trooper Jessica Diane McCord (30 and single) of Conway during their interviews with the State Police Office of Professional Standards ("OPS") in January 2024, were dishonest about the affair according to records provided to us by the ASP. Little Rock Mayor's wedding announcement leads to a discovery of another legal blunder of Antwan Phillips

The feckless Little Rock mayor made this post of Facebook yesterday. So this morning we went to the County Clerk's website and grabbed a copy of his marriage license application. We immediately noticed that both Scott and his bride to be listed the same residence address - 8101 Kanis Oaks Drive. Scott's residence on his voter records is on Edwina Drive in Southwest Little Rock. Scott's bride-to-be is registered to vote in Florida. More about her later on in the story. So we Googled that address. According to records on file with Pulaski County, the property is owned by DRS Family Trust. You might wonder who is DRS Family Trust. Well dear readers, it's the mayor.
