LRPD Property & Evidence Technician Victoria Hensley after being chased down |
Yesterday morning at around 7:30 a.m., a North Little Rock woman was taking her daughter to Pulaski Technical College and was driving on Broadway on her way to Paul's Donuts to get a donut for her daughter.
Little Rock Police Department property and evidence technician Victory Hensley was behind her honking her horm and angerly yelling at her because she was in a rush to get to work in Little Rock.
Hensley rammed into her car and sped off. For some reason, Hensley doubled back, maybe thinking that her victim was gone and she wanted to get donuts for herself.

Hensley saw that her victim was still there and fled a second time.
The victim gave chase and caught up with her.

Hensley fleeing a second time from an accident scene |
Here is what the victim of Hensleys road rage told us about the incident.
Hensley told NLRPD that the victim was the agressor and was harassing her.
What a load of gaslighting bullshit.
NLRPD totally ignored damage and white paint on the front of Hensley's car that matched up like a puzzle oiece to damage on the road rage accident victims car.
NLRPD did not initally send a cop, they sent a civilian accident investigator, a senior citizen named James Talbert.

James Talbett, NLRPD Accident Investigator |
The victim called NLRPD again after Talbert arrived and she told the dispatcher she neede a real cop. THe NLRPD dispather told the victim that Talbert "could do anything a cop could do".
More bullshit. Talbert is not a certified law enforcement officer, he is a civilian employee.
The victim was able to get a real NLRPD cop sent, but that cop was worthless and took no action, in fact she assisted the LRPD employee that in a road rage fit, rammed the victim car and fled the scene of an accident - a criminal act.

NLRPD let Hensley go without issuing her a ticket. The did not provide the road rage accident victim with any information about Hensley or her insurance carrier.
That NLRPD accident investigator was so incompetent that he had to send a text for information to the victim to obtain information he should have gathered eariler that morning.
The victim has obtained CCTV footage from Paul's Donuts to back up her case and we have made FOI requests to NLRPD and LRPD.
Stay tuned for updates.
