When pulled over, Hargis had difficulty in getting her window down. Hargis lowered a rear window down thinking it was her window. Officer Marcks observed that Hargis had bloodshot, watery eyes and the odor of intoxicants coming from the vehicle. Upon questioning Hargis said she had only consumed two beers and two Tequila shots. She was partying at the Beebe VFW after playing pickleball in the Senior Olympics.
Hargis was booked into the Cabot City Jail and released on her to a "guardian".
