WHERE DO LRPD TAKE-HOME VEHICLES GO? - EPISODE 42: LT. ORA JENKINS

LT. ORA JENKINS DRIVES AN UNMARKED VEHICLE HOME

LT. ORA MAE JENKINS

Notice that Jenkins is a registered voter in Camden, AR. But she does not claim a homestead exemption on that property.

But she does claim a homestead exemption of real estate in Little Rock.

Jenkins is committing voter fraud and breaking Arkansas laws by being registered and voting in a location where she does not reside.

This is a serious problem for Jenkins and LRPD.

In 2018 we spent $1,221.36 on fuel for Jenkins' vehicle.

In 2017 we spent $1,153.24 on fuel for Jenkins' vehicle.

LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding the city where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open.

They provided it last year and you can read our post about that by clicking here.
Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day.

More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.

Many LRPD officers that have take-home vehicles use them to drive to and from off-duty jobs where they moonlight at security for merchants and direct traffic at churches on Sundays.

We believe this violates certain state laws and will be filing complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission concerning this illegal activity.

Conway Police are looking for information about a fight that happend last night. Tell them we have all the tea.

The family of a man that is a contractor for ARDOT showed their klan cards last night after a fight at Maly's Entertainment Center in Conway, AR. Michael Wade Kennedy, a convicted felon, allegedly fought with and stabbed a Black teenager outside the venue then he and his klan hurled racial epithets at the teenagers and their families. The Kennedy klan has a long association with ARDOT (formerly the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department). Maylays advertises to "Bring the Whole Gang" and apparently that is what the Kennedy klan did. Here are videos before the fight and of the fight. ASP Trooper Jacob Haynie caught on his own mobile video recordings using the N-word

On November 21, 2023, after one of those questionable PIT maneuvers (the ASP now calls  Precision Immobilization Technique , or PIT maneuvers, Tactical Vehicle Intervention or TVI) ASP rookie trooper and former Hope Arkansas cop Jacob Haynie was caught on his and other ASP mobile video recordings using profanity and the N-word.   ASP policy prohibits the behavior and words Trooper Haynie uttered. That same policy also prohibits actions and behaviors that reflect unfavorably on the ASP. Haynie's wife works at the Hempstead County Assessors office. Wonder if she uses that language at work too?  ### The full videos can be viewed on many of the YouTube Channels that feature ASP videos.  A follower of one channel identifies Haynie as the one uttering the words. Apparently that individual knows Haynie and might have worked with him at Hope PD. ASP claims no one said the words "climb" or "N***a" and the trooper using the fowl language was actually Tyler Gentry. Ri
