Durham is currently registered to vote at a residence he sold back in 2012 when he divorced. That is a violation of Arkansas laws. There are no records of his ownership of any other residence/real estate in Pulaski County.

He is not assessing any property at that address.

Not even the VW Beetle he got to keep in his divorce.

There is a James Anderson that is a LRPD officer. Not sure the current owner is the same person but if it is, maybe he lets Durham sleep in the garage.

In 2018 we spent $1,612.15 on fuel for Durham's take-home vehicle.

In 2017 we spent $1,451.43 on fuel for Durham's take-home vehicle.

Wait a minute... that 2017 fuel record indicates that Durham resides in Benton.

A search of Saline County records does not reveal any records for a Kenneth Lamar Durham.

There is a Kenneth M. Durham but we do not believe it is the same individual.

Perhaps when the city furnishes us with all the LRPD officer's personnel files, including Durham's, we will have additional information.

LRPD and the city of Little Rock refused to provide us information regarding the city where the take-home cars go. So much for being transparent and open.

Since they refuse to provide the information (the take home city is what we requested), we will post where these vehicles are actually going (their address which was not requested and is exempt under the AFOIA) and how much we pay for the fuel to provide transportation for these officers to drive to and from their homes each day.

More than half of all LRPD officers refuse to live in the city of Little Rock and be a true part of our community.

Many LRPD officers that have take-home vehicles use them to drive to and from off-duty jobs where they moonlight at security for merchants and direct traffic at churches on Sundays.

We believe this violates certain state laws and will be filing complaints with the Arkansas Ethics Commission concerning this illegal activity.

Durham moonlights as a security officer at a WLR private church school.

Durham was issued a ticket back in 2016 for not having any liability insurance.

And in 2003 he appears to have caused an accident.

In late 2019 and early 2020, Martin tried to get transferred to a Criminal Investigation position in Boone County but was unsuccessful. Arkansas State Police Troopers fired for illicit sexual relationship

Two Arkansas State Police Troopers were fired on April 5, 2024 after administrative investigations were conducted into accusations that they were romantically involved. Sgt. Mark Austin Blackerby (38 and married) of Scott and Trooper Jessica Diane McCord (30 and single) of Conway during their interviews with the State Police Office of Professional Standards ("OPS") in January 2024, were dishonest about the affair according to records provided to us by the ASP. Blackerby and his wife Cassie - a Jacksonville cop Initially, the investigation focused on Blackerby and both Blackerby and McCord denied a sexual relationship even though ASP vehicle tracking systems showed their vehicles parked at secluded locations for hours at at time and his vehicle at her home in Conway multiple times when he was on the clock. ASP Trooper Lincoln Smith fired for admitted criminal activity

The Arkansas State Police has confirmed that Trooper Lincoln Smith from Troop E (based in Pine Bluff) was fired on April 11th for illegal conduct. False reports of his arrest went viral on social media. As the ASP criminal investigation is on-going, they will not release any further details of his criminal actions. As the termination letter states, Smith admitted to criminal conduct and was immediately fired. Smith was hired by the ASP on October 2023. Smith was employed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a Game Warden prior to his hiring by the ASP. Records obtained from CLEST do not indicate that the ASP requested decertification. Jacksonville 911 was contacted about Smith and they advised he last worked for them in 2022. At the time of publication, Smith's Facebook page is still open and up. Stay tuned for updates.
