ABC AGENT SHELBY CLARK PREFERS TO DO ANYTHING BUT ASSIGNED JOB DUTIES

Last week we exposed the shenanigans of ABC Enforcement agent Shelby Clark. 


We're back this week with another installment.  Clark didn't chase another bank robber, but this time was playing traffic cop in Operation Plastic Castle, part of the effort by the U.S. government to stamp out crime in east Arkansas, particularly in Helena. 

Apparently Clark doesn't have much to do in his ABC position and can freelance and do grunt work for other agencies.



Since Agent Clark seems to have quite a bit of time on his hands, we are requesting record to see exactly what he has been doing. 

Maybe tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet will make Agent Clark handler for the alcohol sniffing dog we hear that he wants to obtain for his elite law enforcement agency to sniff out bootleggers.

Conway Police are looking for information about a fight that happend last night. Tell them we have all the tea.

  The family of a man that is a contractor for ARDOT showed their klan cards last night after a fight at Maly's Entertainment Center in Conway, AR. Michael Wade Kennedy, a convicted felon, allegedly fought with and stabbed a Black teenager outside the venue then he and his klan hurled racial epithets at the teenagers and their families. The Kennedy klan has a long association with ARDOT (formerly the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department). Maylays advertises to "Bring the Whole Gang" and apparently that is what the Kennedy klan did. Here are videos before the fight and of the fight. England High School teacher caught having sex with a 18 year old former student in a car in a park

England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan   On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18).   Here's the police report.   The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton. Bell's cuckholded hubby works at the Sheridan Police Department as a cop.   Sullivan, will turn 19 in February 2024.   There are questions surrounding the commencement of their relationship and did it began when  Sullivan was a student?
