Arkansas Ethics Commission determined that Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. illegally used city resources in his 2022 reelection campaign
In May of 2023, based on a complaint filed by Little Rock attorney and blogger Matt Campbell, the Arkansas Ethics Commission found that Little Rock Mayor Frank Scott, Jr. violated Arkansas laws in his 2022 reelection campaign by using city resources. The feckless mayor agreed with the findings and paid a $250 fine. Little to no media coverage was made of the outcome of the Ethics Commisions investigation and findings in May of 2023. And the coverage did not reveal what we found in records provided to us by the Commission. Specifically that the Little Rock mayor won't go out in public in the safe city of Little Rock with being driving and accompanied by his LRPD security detail.
