NLRPD cop Tommy Norman's exposure as a fraudulent grifter - Our investigative reporting forced his "retirement"

North Little Rock Police Department cop Tommy Norman was arrested and booked into the Pulaski County Detention Center on September 13, 2025 for domestic battery.
The NLRPD arrest report states that Norman and his wife were involved in a heated argument and Norman struck her in the chest leaving visible marks.
The NLRPD incident report reveals that Norman had consumed vodka and taken sleeping pills before he got into the "heated argument" with his wife.
Officers also stated that they believed it was not the first time Norman had layed hand on his wife and determined he was the aggressor.
The fight took place in a vehicle as the couple was going to pick up Mrs. Norman's son from a movie theatre.
The "heated argument" was about leaked text messages between Norman and one of his side-chicks about oral sex.
Posts about Norman and 200 licks went viral on social media.
Norman has a documented history of using his positon as NLR cop to exploit vunerable member of the Black community.

In response to a FOI request Bordeaux made, NLRPD provided a document that alleged Norman had been sexually involved with some Black teenagers. Due to lack of cooperation by the subjects, the investigation went nowhere.
NLRPD also provided records concerning complaints made about his grifting and not using funds obtained for the intended purpose.

Norman caught a 15 day suspension back in 1999 for his inappropriate and illegal "involvement" with a sex worker.
In 2021, Norman was suspended again for 10 days for a similar incident.
NLRPD failed to provide these letters in response to a FOI request we made a couple of years ago and another one made this year. They tried to play it off as a "mistake".
Perhaps Norman has a sexual addiction.
Norman's estranged wife has her relationship status marked "single" on her Facebook page.
Norman's son made this enabling post on Facebook.
As Norman remains in jail until a hearing is held on Monday, an administrator of his personal Facebook page posted this.
A woman whose son has been at the Norman home posted this on Facebook about the situation at the Norman marital residence.

***UPDATE-09/15/25***
The NLRPD incident report reflects that NLPRD arrived at the Norman residence at 10:18 PM on August 13th.
Video obtained from the Pulaski County Sheriff show Norman arriving at the Pulaski County Detention Center at 2:33 AM on August 14th, some four hours after NLPD took him into custody. The incident report states he was taken to the NLR police department. Did NLRPD cops give Norman some coffee and get him sobered up before taking him to the jail?
The video also shows that Norman was riding in the front passenger seat of a NLRPD patrol vehicle and was not handcuffed.
During the booking process, Norman remarked that he was not wearing contact lenses and did not have his glasses. He was concerned about being looked at by other inmates and wanted to make sure his was put in "protective custody".

It appears that Norman has engaged Daniel Davis and Eric Stanley to spread false and libelous statements about Snarky Media Group and their Ean Bordeaux (Corruption Sucks Blog) and Russ Racop.
Bordeaux has sent a cease and desist notice to them and we have instructed our legal team to pursue legal action against them and Norman.
Another problem Norman has now is his fitness for duty. KATV reported that Norman was placed on suicide watch in jail after he indicated he was considering taking his own life. Not only does that make Norman a danger to himself, but also to others.

According to information we obtained from the Pulaski Sheriff's Office, KATV, a Sinclair (MAGA) owned station, gave out false information about Norman "indicating" he was considering suicide while detained at the Pulaski County Detention Center.
Accoring to PCSO PIO Kristen Knox, it's standard procedure for PCSO to place individuals during high-profile incidents (espically those involving cops)on suicide watch as a precautionary measure. Knox emphasized that Norman did not tell any jail staff that he was considering suicide.
Where did KATV get that information? They sure didn't get it from the PCSO.
Did Norman tell them that? If he did, he did it to garner sympathy and rake in more cash. No surprise there as he is a certified grifter.

***UPDATE-09/22/25***
Norman announced his immediate retirement frin NLRPD today via a social media post.
It is actually happening because we gave the city of NLR an ultimatum. Get rid of him or face a defamation lawsuit that would cost them millions of dollars. NLR city attorney's office had been working out a compromise with our Ean Bordeaux and this is the result.
Norman's "retirement" keeps the current administrative and internal investigation of a complaint filed by Bordeaux a secret and exempt from AFOIA requests. Lawsuits against Norman and his social media administrator in Texas as an individuals are moving forward.
We will shortly post all the emails and other documents sent to the city of North Little Rock and NLRPD about them taking action against Norman.
