Arkansas State Police Trooper uses police resources to stalk a woman then is allowed to resign to keep records from public

The Arkansas State Police ("ASP") allowed one of their Troopers suspected of committing several criminal acts to resign, which shields their internal investigative files from public disclosure.

The Trooper, Mark Eugene Holland (54, of Heber Springs), was arrested on December 18th and was subsequently released after posting a $5,000 bond.

The ASP learned of Holland's criminal activity on December 13th when the victim filed a complaint with the independence County Sheriff's Office.

According to court records Trooper Holland had been harassing a female since January 2016 and had used law enforcement resources to track and stalk her.

The records reveal that Holland was infatuated with the female, who had worked at a gas station owned by his family.

Holland became irritated that the female did not respond to emails that he sent to her requesting photos and soliciting sex.

Holland used suggestive email addresses like "williedelight@protonmail.com", "thrillseeker85@protonmail.com" to contact the victim.

Here is the affidavit for warrant of arrest of Holland. Holland is charged with twenty felony counts including Stalking, Terroristic Threatening (Eighteen counts of Misuse of the Arkansas Crime Information Center National Information Center; one count of Stalking Second Degree and one count of Terroristic Threatening).

Little Rock School District teacher Leron McAdoo accused of sexual assualt during a modeling photo shoot

  On August 7, 2024, during a nude modeling photo session at the House of Art in North Little Rock a female model claims she was sexually assaulted by Leron McAdoo. 108 E 4th St, North Little Rock, AR McAdoo is a teacher at the Little Rock School District Dr. Marian G. Lacey K-8 Academy.  This is his self-published biography.  We were made aware of the incident after seeing her post on social media.   After the incident the victim made a police report with the North Little Rock Police Department that provided the same information. We sent a request to LRSD for comments but at the time of publication they had not responded. In 2018 McAdoo was accused of striking a student. Arkansas State Police Trooper fired

I n June 2023 a teenage female filed a compliant with the Arkansas State Police ("ASP") about Corporal Michael Valentin, an ASP Trooper stationed in Harrison, AR. In her complaint she alleged that Valentin had groomed her and had sexual activities, while on duty,  with her and another minor female. She also alleged he was stalking her.  An internal investigation was opened. Both teenage females were interviewed as was Valentin.  The girls stated that they were acquainted with Valentine because one of them was the stepdaughter of a fellow trooper and Valentin was a frequent customer at the restaurant that the fellow trooper and his wife owned, where both of the girls worked.
