LEGISLATORS ASK US FOR DOCUMENTS CONCERNING ABC ENFORCEMENT DIRECTOR BOYCE HAMLET

Amid all the rumors that tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet is going to be replaced, two prominent Arkansas legislators sent us separate requests for copies of all documents we have obtained that document the pattern of Hamlet's providing false and misleading information concerning his law enforcement employment/experience and his hiring and firing by the Arkansas State Police.

Readers of this blog are keenly aware that we have documented that Hamlet holds no current Arkansas law enforcement certification (he does not let that get in his way of pretending to be one) and made false statements on job applications to obtain positions that he would not have otherwise obtained had he told the truth.

This is interesting for several reasons:

1.  It supports the rumors that we have reported about his being replaced.

2.  All the information we obtained is public information and is available to any Arkansas citizen simply by requesting it.

Apparently pressure is being exerted to have an actual certified law enforcement officer, with the requisite experience heading ABC Enforcement, especially since they have a role in upcoming  Medical Marijuana  approvale and enforcement processes.

And the two legislators do not want to waste time requesting the information, when they know we already have it.

Having a tainted individual, with significant issues of honesty and credibility heading such an agency poses more problems than it is worth.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

  A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. ASP Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy exposed as a racist in text messages to estranged wife.

Thanks to a tipster, we were able to obtain public records that expose Arkansas State Police Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy as a racist. Records filed in the divorce proceedings Kennedy's wife has filed give shocking information what Trooper Kennedy thinks about People of Color. In amended filings, Trooper Kennedy's estranged wife states that he is a white supremacist and fears for the safety of their children. And it's no surprise that Trooper Kennedy is a registered Republican.
