"MINORS" USED BY ABC AGENT WERE NOT MINORS BUT LEGAL ADULTS

ABC AGENT DANIEL MONTGOMERY

ABC Enforcement Agent Daniel Montgomery claimed he used minors in illegal entrapment operations, but the two young ladies he used are not minors at all but are actually age of majority adults.

Both of these young ladies were 19 years old at the time Agent Montgomery claimed they were minors on ABC pay documents.

While both of these young ladies are two years away from being able to legally purchase alcoholic beverages, they are not minors under Arkansas law.

And the ABC's use of minor's and under-aged individuals to entrap permit holders is highly questionable and in fact illegal.

Arkansas law has no exception to allow the ABC or any law enforcement agency to use minor's or under-age individuals in compliance operations.

The reason that the use of underage individuals is illegal, is that Arkansas Code Annotated § 3-3-203 clearly and unequivocally states that it is unlawful for any person under 21 years of age to purchase or have in his or her possession any intoxicating liquor, wine or beer.

It is only a matter of time before the ABC's illegal operations are challenged and ABC Enforcement is held accountable for failing to make the required disclosures about tainted ABC Enforcement Director Boyce Hamlet's status as a Brady Cop, even though he is not really a cop at all.

By the time of their first anniversary, their marriage was in shambles and Callie was estranged from her family all due to this man, Arkansas State Police Trooper Billy Mitchell Martin. Martin joined the ASP as a recruit in January of 2007. Records from his personnel file indicate he was from Boone County and he was posted there after graduating troop school.   Martin was promoted to Trooper First Class in July 2011 and Corporal in July 2014. In late 2019 and early 2020, Martin tried to get transferred to a Criminal Investigation position in Boone County but was unsuccessful. Around that same time, Martin filed for divorce from his wife of 10 years.   The Divorce was finalized in March 2020. Martin hit the single scene hard and had no trouble hooking up with bad...
