|FORMER ABC DEPUTY DIRECTOR RICK CRISMAN|
The Arkansas Ethics Commission has set a hearing for a case involving former ABC Deputy Director Rick Crisman.
|ARKANSAS ETHICS COMMISSION DIRECTOR GRAHAM SLOAN|
The hearing involves allegations that Crisman used information obtained as a state employee for his personal gain and benefit. Crisman created a smartphone application that was sold on Apple and Android websites in which he used real drivers license samples he requested and received from other states.
The application gives credit to Crisman for creating and developing it.
Crisman also obtained drivers license that individuals exchanged for an Arkansas drivers license when they relocated to Arkansas. This was in violation of Department of Finance & Administration policy/procedure. DFA would not respond to our questions on how Crisman was able to obtain them when DFA po;icy calls for them to be shredded.
Crisman resigned a day after DFA opened an internal investigation into his questionable and illegal activity.
