Issues with an agreement the city entered into with the State of Arkansas to obtain $100,000.00 to replace a rotting porch on the Military Museum proved to be a hurdle to overcome as it requires to State of Arkansas to agree to the removal of the confederate idol. Does Chief Keef have bats in his belfry? By Russ Racop June 15, 2020 Recent actions by the beleaguered LRPD Chief give cause for concerns about the state of his mental health. We broke the story about his financial problems he attempted to conceal when hired by the feckless Little Rock Mayor.  Humphrey stated he "settled" with two credit card companies over defaulted payments totaling over $30,000. Never seen a legal settlement result in a judgment. Usually a settlement results in the dismissal of a lawsuit. His own filings in the cases denies he owed any funds at all. His filings, after hired here,  list his residence as being in Norman, OK.   Humphrey has rented an apartment in the SOMA area, but his wife has not relocated to Little Rock. LRPD Officer Kendall Duane Harper By Russ Racop June 6, 2020 In a bold move that will surely incur the wrath of  his chain of command and the racist LRFOP, Kendall Harper, who is assigned to the Major Crimes/Robbery unit at the 12th Street substation,  posted a video on social media in which he stated "I am a black man first" and that he supported the protestors and encouraged individuals to come to Little Rock and join in. Harper, 35, resides in North Little Rock, which makes him a mercenary cop like 70% of cops on  the Little Rock Police Department. What does Harper think of his brothers in blue that on on the Liar's List ? Does he speak out against the many officers that he works with that have violated use the LRPD use of force policy? By Russ Racop June 4, 2020 LITTLE ROCK, AR -  According to police and court records obtained by BGA via a FOI request, controversial political candidate Roderick Greer Talley has been accused of rape. According to court filing for an Order of Protection by the sexual assault victim, Talley passed on a sexually transmitted disease during the alleged rape which required hospitalization of the victim.    Based of the victim's petition and affidavit, Pulaski County Circuit Court Judge Mike Reif issued a Temporary Order of Protection effective until June 22, 2020 when a hearing will be held.   Judge Mike Reif Talley has a history of similar cases and of violating Orders of Protection. On February 7, 2020, he was found guilty of violating an Order of Protection and received a one year suspended sentence, a $250 fine and $205 court costs and was ordered to have no contact with the victim in that case.
