Little Rock Fireman finds a thumb drive in fire station that contained child porn and a hidden camera video of a female firefighter in the station shower

On November 26, 2025, a Little Rock Fire Department employee contacted us and gave us a tip about a LRFD rookie finding a thumb drive while cleaning up a fire station. The rookie firefighter put the thumb drive in a computer and found that it contained child porn images and a hidden camera video of a female LRFD firefighter taking a shower in a fire station.

One of or LRPD sources confirmed the information.

We broke in social media posts and fired off a Freedom of Information request to LRPD for a copy of any reports.

LRPD responded to that AFOIA request today and confirmed the incident but refused to provide a copy of the incident report citing Arkansas Code Annotated §12-18-104.

A.C.A
§12-18-104 is a confidentiality statute concerning reports that deal with child abuse and neglect.

We believe that the Scott Administration LRPD violated our rights under the AFOIA by not releasing the initial incident report as they are made for every dispatched call and was not the product of any investigation.

We seriously doubt that the LRPD cops that responded to the call about the thumb drive actually looked at the contents of the thumb drive and that knew the identity of any child depicted in images on the thumb drive and them named on  on the report.

They denied the request to try and hide the fire station location and the identity of the rookie LRFD firefighter that found the thumb drive.

It's a frequent pattern of the Scott Administration to not provide public records on demand.

It's not the first time a Little Rock firefighter has been caught with child porn.

Here's a link to a story we ran back in 2021:

Stayed tuned for updates.

***UPDATE-12/02/25***

We contacted Lt. Sloan in the LRPD FOI Unit about their refusal to provide the incident report.

Lt. Sloan told us that they were instructed by the city attorney to not release any reports regarding a juvenile.

We asked him if that was the truth, why does LRPD routinely post reports about juveniles on their Daily Reports page?

Here's a report they posted yesterday on that page:

Lt. Sloan could not provide a response.

In the report they posted yesterday, the child's father is identified and his address, date of birth and phone number were not redacted making it rather easy to track down an image of the child on his dad's Facebook page.

Lt. Sloan did provide some additional information about the investigation.
He stated that "this incident is growing...it's grown from finding a thumb drive with a juvenile victim and a possible suspect...and everyday I hear more information about it."  Lt. Sloan added "that it started with one report and other reports have since been filed that make reference to the first report."

Lt. Sloan has little credibility as he was caught lying in a hearing and admitted that he destroyed public records.

More to come.

***UPDATE - 04/03/26***

A source at LRFD contacted us and provided some details about this incident.

We are following up on this information and will update the story as additional information is obtained.

***UPDATE - 04/04/26***

We received this email after we posted the update yesterday.

That’s all well and good, but LRPD won’t provide any reports or information because they made a report to the Arkansas Department of Human Services/ Division of Children & Family Services.

That tells us that there is more to the story.

If the photos of the children on the thumb drive were just normal photos, they would not have made a report to DHS/DCFS and refused to provide a copy of their incident report.

From our story on 12/01/25

Arkansas State Police Troopers fired for illicit sexual relationship

Two Arkansas State Police Troopers were fired on April 5, 2024 after administrative investigations were conducted into accusations that they were romantically involved. Sgt. Mark Austin Blackerby (38 and married) of Scott and Trooper Jessica Diane McCord (30 and single) of Conway during their interviews with the State Police Office of Professional Standards ("OPS") in January 2024, were dishonest about the affair according to records provided to us by the ASP. Blackerby and his wife Cassie - a Jacksonville cop Initially, the investigation focused on Blackerby and both Blackerby and McCord denied a sexual relationship even though ASP vehicle tracking systems showed their vehicles parked at secluded locations for hours at at time and his vehicle at her home in Conway multiple times when he was on the clock. Blackerby admitted that he also disabled the tracking devices in his vehicle to try and hide his movements and their hookups.  Blackerby told investigators that he is a ...

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. As his campaign literature detailed, he owns a couple of businesses in area. During our investigation of Jones for this story, we found that he had been accused of exploiting Daniel L. Koester, 64 years old, who had cancer and had been in hospice after sufferin...

LRSD investigation file of Kendahl Davenport's entanglement with student leaves more questions than answers

An "unprofessional" relationship between a Parkview student, Justin Lanier and a teacher Kendahl Davenport was the talk of the town this week  ________ We were contacted by a LRSD employee/whistleblower over the weekend and broke this story on April 13, 2026 at 7:43 a.m. Other media outlets saw our post and scrambled to catch up. Our post about this on social media and other news outlet regurgitating it sent LRSD into a tailspin and the superintendent issued a statement. LRSD attempted to spin the story with little success. We submitted AFOIA requests to LRSD for copies of personnel files and records regarding applicants for the position that Davenport was hired to fill. Other news outlets continued to post stories. And they specifically referenced our April 13th social media post that broke the story and indicated that it going viral was problematic for the school district. Unrelenting pressure on LRSD from news media and citizens forced the superintendent to issue another s...
