Shannon Hills cop Willie Jordan arrested for domestic violence

On August 11, 2024, Pulaski County Sheriff's Office deputies arrested Shannon Hills cop Willie Jordan at his home in Scott, AR for domestic violence.

Here are the details from the booking records.


We asked the Shannon Hills Mayor and Police Chief for comments, but at the time of publication, we received no response.

Court records show that Jordan's wife has obtained a temporary Order of Protection against him yesterday afternoon and a hearing has been scheduled for September 17, 2024 at 9:30 a.m.

Jordan was placed on administrative leave until the domestic violence case against him is resolved.


On his application for employment with Shannon Hills PD, Jordan lists that he had once been employed by the Saline County Sheriff's Department as a jailer and was fired from that position.

Jordan stated that he "resigned" not knowing his password to sign onto a computer.

At a hearing on 9/16/24, the Judge decline to issue an Order of Protection.

Little Rock pastor takes his own life after complaint of sexually explict conduct with a minor child

On April 24, 2024, Tyce Michelle Scroggins found what she has described to authorities as "inappropriate text and pictures" on her husband's cellphone. The messages were between her husband, Michael Todd Scroggins, the senior pastor at Moody Chapel AME Church in Little Rock and a minor student at LISA Academy High School. Moody Chapel AME Church   An argument ensued about the text messages and Pastor Scroggins left the home. On April 25th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a report with the Little Rock Police Department about the text messages. She also notified LISA Academy administration. England High School teacher caught having sex with a 18 year old former student in a car in a park

England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan   On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18).   Here's the police report.   The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton.
