Former Sheriff's Department Deputies charged with stealing time from off-duty employer. Both catch felony charges.


 

Two Pulaski County Sheriff's Deputies resigned in March 2024 after they were caught stealing time from an off-duty employer, Arkansas Children's Hospital ("ACH").


 

On March 11, 2024 ACH contacted LRPD and reported that Williams and Mayfield had been fraudulently claiming time worked.

Michelle Tull, ACH Physical Security Manager, told LRPD detective David O'Neal that video recordings showed Williams clocking into work and then he used Mayfield's ACH ID card to clock her in. This had been happening since January 11, 2024.

Tull also found video showing that Williams left the ACH campus multiple times after clocking in and returned several hours later. 

ACH payroll records provided to LRPD revealed that Williams and Mayfield were paid $40.00 per hour and that Williams received approximately $21, 361 for time he did not work and Mayfield received approximately $17,778.00 for time she did not work.

Both Williams and Mayfield were charged with Theft of Property, a Class C Felony.

Both have hearings set in July 2024.

Williams, is the son of LRPD cop Roy Williams, who is no stranger to investigations as well.

Little Rock pastor takes his own life after complaint of sexually explict conduct with a minor child

On April 24, 2024, Tyce Michelle Scroggins found what she has described to authorities as "inappropriate text and pictures" on her husband's cellphone. The messages were between her husband, Michael Todd Scroggins, the senior pastor at Moody Chapel AME Church in Little Rock and a minor student at LISA Academy High School. Moody Chapel AME Church   An argument ensued about the text messages and Pastor Scroggins left the home. On April 25th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a report with the Little Rock Police Department about the text messages. She also notified LISA Academy administration. England High School teacher caught having sex with a 18 year old former student in a car in a park

England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan   On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18).   Here's the police report.   The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton. Bell's cuckholded hubby works at the Sheridan Police Department as a cop.   Sullivan, will turn 19 in February 2024.   There are questions surrounding the commencement of their relationship and did it began when  Sullivan was a student?
