LRPD cop Elizabeth "Tiger" Roberson catches felony charges for using secure police database to try and dig up dirt on individuals involved in her child custody case.

In October 2023, the Federal Bureau of Investigation contacted the Little Rock Police Department and informed them that LRPD cop Elizabeth "Tiger" Roberson was involved in one of their investigations.

That caused the LRPD Chief to order an internal investigation to be opened on Roberson.

As a normal part of an internal investigation, they reviewed Roberson's computer activity and found several suspicious queries she made on the Arkansas Crime Information Center ("ACIA") database.

Based on what IAD investigators found, the investigation proceeded to the Major Crime Division for further investigation in January 2024.

Roberson was placed on administrative leave while the criminal investigation was underway.

On Wednesday, March 13th, LRPD announced that Roberson was being charged with five counts of unauthorized access to ACIC.

Roberson was charged with two misdemeanor and three felony offenses according the the warrant for her arrest.

Court filings reveal that Roberson illegally accessed the ACIC system to search for information about individuals involved in her on-going child custody case.

According to our LRPD sources, ACIC can only be accessed by computer or IPad.

Court records in  that domestic case show that Roberson lost custody of her daughter last year due to "manipulation tactics, gaslighting (of her ex-husband) and controlling behavior". No doubt her most recent arrest will seal the deal for custody to remain with the baby daddy.

Roberson initially went to work for LRPD in 2006 as a part of the city summer youth intern program.

Roberson was later hired by LRPD in November 2017 as a recruit.

It's not the first time Roberson has been arrested by LRPD.

Back in 2008, two years after her summer intern job at LRPD, LRPD arrested her for theft of property and obstruction of governmental operations.

Roberson shoplifted merchandise (purse and jacket) from Burlington and was convicted of the theft charge. At that time she was employed as a child care worker at Second Presbyterian Church on Pleasant Valley Drive.

Roberson was convicted of the theft charge and placed on a one year suspended sentence.

Court records from the 2008 case reveal that Roberson had also been arrested and convicted in North Little Rock. At the time of publication, those records were not available.

LRPD is so desperate for warm bodies they will hire anyone.

This cop is a perfect example of why cops should have a mandatory psychology evaluation each year to remain certified.

Roberson is not the first LRPD cop that has done this.

Back in April 2022 we reported about another LRPD cop, Miles McWayne, who used the ACIC database to look for information about his baby mommy new boyfriend.

One of the most corrupt judges ever to sit on the bench in Arkansas, Milas "Butch" Hale, refused to convict McWayne of any offense and let him walk.

You can read all about that by clicking here

Court records show that Judge Melanie Martin has recused (no big surprise there).

Roberson was able to get out of jail on a measly $2, 500 bond.

If LRPD chief Heath Helton had balls he would have already fired her and sent a clear message to other LRPD cops.

We guarantee you that if Roberson was a Sheriff's Deputy, Sheriff Eric Higgins would have sent her packing.

Stay tuned for updates.

Arkansas State Police Troopers fired for illicit sexual relationship

Two Arkansas State Police Troopers were fired on April 5, 2024 after administrative investigations were conducted into accusations that they were romantically involved. Sgt. Mark Austin Blackerby (38 and married) of Scott and Trooper Jessica Diane McCord (30 and single) of Conway during their interviews with the State Police Office of Professional Standards ("OPS") in January 2024, were dishonest about the affair according to records provided to us by the ASP. Blackerby and his wife Cassie - a Jacksonville cop Initially, the investigation focused on Blackerby and both Blackerby and McCord denied a sexual relationship even though ASP vehicle tracking systems showed their vehicles parked at secluded locations for hours at at time and his vehicle at her home in Conway multiple times when he was on the clock. ASP Trooper Lincoln Smith fired for admitted criminal activity

The Arkansas State Police has confirmed that Trooper Lincoln Smith from Troop E (based in Pine Bluff) was fired on April 11th for illegal conduct.    False reports of his arrest went viral on social media.   As the ASP criminal investigation is on-going, they will not release any further details of his criminal actions.   As the termination letter states, Smith admitted to criminal conduct and was immediately fired.  Smith was hired by the ASP on October 2023. Smith was employed by the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission as a Game Warden prior to his hiring by the ASP.   Records obtained from CLEST do not indicate that the ASP requested decertification.     Jacksonville 911 was contacted about Smith and they advised he last worked for them in 2022.   At the time of publication, Smith's Facebook page is still open and up.    Stay tuned for updates.
