LR Mayor refuses our request for an in-person inspection of records pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act

For the last couple of years we have requested records from the feckless Little Rock mayor concerning his state of the city address.

And each time they fail to provide all the records upon request.

We later obtained evidence of his violation of the law by refusing to provide certain records used at those state of the city events.

This year we made another request.

This was the response we received. A report from Metroplan, an single email message and three images. You can review those records by clicking here.


No doubt when the feckless mayor has the 2023 state of the city address, it will include a PowerPoint presentation and videos. All produced back in February.

He did not want us to have those public records before held the event.  

We won't be filing a AFOIA Denial of Rights lawsuit for this violation of the law, instead we will be filing a civil lawsuit seeking his removal from office pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated §14-42-109.


In our representative democracy form of government, the government's obligation to share information with citizens that is needed to make informed decisions and hold officials accountable for the conduct of the people's business. Especially when that information is sought via a Freedom of Information request.

A leader that flaunts and shuns transparency is a corrupt individual and needs to be removed from office.  

The feckless mayor thinks he is above the law.

PCSSD teacher caught up in pedophile scandal at Immanuel Baptist Church. Her relationship with a minor under investigation.

PCSSD teacher Reagan Gray is being investigated by LRPD Since December 10, 2023, The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette has published around 20 articles about Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR and an ongoing scandal involving sexual abuse committed by adults upon children and the coverup of that abuse. Immanuel Baptist Church ("IBC") is perched on a hill near the intersection of Shackleford Road and West Markham Street in the western part of Little Rock overlooking Interstate I-430. England High School teacher caught having sex with a 18 year old former student in a car in a park

England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan   On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18).   Here's the police report.   The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton. Bell's cuckholded hubby works at the Sheridan Police Department as a cop.   Sullivan, will turn 19 in February 2024.   There are questions surrounding the commencement of their relationship and did it began when  Sullivan was a student?
