Little Rock Mayor owed $125,000 at the end of his campaign for reelection

A campaign contribution and expense report ("CCE") the feckless mayor filed on December 30, 2022 shows that he ended his reelection campaign $125.069.63 in the red.

That filing also provided a breakdown of that debt.

Two out-of-state professional Democratic campaign workers, Rylen Dempsey and Daniel Deriso, both from Alabama were listed as "creditors".

That same filing showed that Scott had paid $12,881,95 to other campaign workers during the period of October 30th through December 30th.

A CCE form filed on November 4, 2022 showed that Scott paid Dempsey $6k and Deriso $18k during the period of February 1, 2022 through October 29, 2022

Observant readers will have noticed that Scott did not sign that CCE dated 12/30/22.

CCE Dated 12/30/22

CCE Dated 11/4/22

The signature on the 12/30/22 CCE is the same signature that appears on documents filed with the Arkansas Ethics Commission regarding Responsible Growth Arkansas  , a ballot question committee that advocates for the passage of an amendment to the Arkansas Constitution to allow recreational marijuana use in Arkansas.

That signature belongs to the treasurer of Responsible Growth Arkansas - Terrance James "TJ" Boyle.

Boyle is also a CPA at Frost, PLLC, an accounting firm in the safe city of Little Rock.

The address and phone number listed on Responsible Growth Arkansas is the address and phone number for Frost, PLLC.

On Scott's 12/30/22 CCE form Boyle indicated that Scott owes his firm $1,000.00.

Scott held a retire the debt party on February 22nd.

According to the Arkansas Times, Scott has a $88,000 negative campaign balance.  The minimum requested contribution amount is $100 and $500 for hosts.

Scott won't have to file another CCE until April that will reveal contributions made at the event and any remaining negative balance.

###

One of the creditors Scott listed on his 12/30/22 CCE was Metamorphasis, LLC  [sic] of 1021 Puritan Drive in Jacksonville, AR. They conducted canvassing in the city for the mayor.

According to the Arkansas Secretary of State, that business entity had it's ability to operate in the state revoked in 2022 for failure to pay franchise taxes.

According the city of Jacksonville, Metamorphosis, Inc./LLC has never been licensed to do business in their city.

According the city of Little Rock,  Metamorphosis, Inc./LLC has never been licensed to do business in the city.

That alleged entity did get a PPP loan in the amount of $23,333.00 in February 2021. According the the PPP loan information, they sold men's and boy's clothing.

They were approved for that loan two days before they filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State.

Shady as fuck.

The address for that alleged business entity that employed 10 individuals is a single family residence in Jacksonville, AR.

Clinton and Jasmine were married back in April 2019.

According to Richardson Facebook page he is a realtor.

He is also a deadbeat according to numerous state income tax liens and civil judgements.

According to Jasmine's LinkedIn she is employed at  Friday, Eldridge & Clark as Director of Marketing & Public Relations.

No mention her involvement with Metamorphosis.

As in the LITfest mess, the feckless mayor likes to do business with sketchy, unlicensed business entities and shady folks.

That law firm and real estate agency should have done their due diligence.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. As his campaign literature detailed, he owns a couple of businesses in area. During our investigation of Jones for this story, we found that he had been accused of exploiting Daniel L. Koester, 64 years old, who had cancer and had been in hospice after sufferin...

LRSD investigation file of Kendahl Davenport's entanglement with student leaves more questions than answers

An "unprofessional" relationship between a Parkview student, Justin Lanier and a teacher Kendahl Davenport was the talk of the town this week  ________ We were contacted by a LRSD employee/whistleblower over the weekend and broke this story on April 13, 2026 at 7:43 a.m. Other media outlets saw our post and scrambled to catch up. Our post about this on social media and other news outlet regurgitating it sent LRSD into a tailspin and the superintendent issued a statement. LRSD attempted to spin the story with little success. We submitted AFOIA requests to LRSD for copies of personnel files and records regarding applicants for the position that Davenport was hired to fill. Other news outlets continued to post stories. And they specifically referenced our April 13th social media post that broke the story and indicated that it going viral was problematic for the school district. Unrelenting pressure on LRSD from news media and citizens forced the superintendent to issue another s...
