Why the Creole Houma-Choctaw People are committed to disbanding the corrupt LRPD

This is an intercepted conversation between racist killer-cop 'Creepy Todd' Payne, that was under corrupt Little Rock Police Department Asst. Chief Charles Wayne Bewley's command, with the son of a retired judge, John Batton.
 

LRPD Homicide NEVER questioned John Batton about this message because it was part of the Little Rock Fraternal Order of Klan-Police cover-up. And a federal hate crime.

 It undeniably proves WITH a corroborating witness (John Batton) that this murder-cop PLANNED Chief Bordeaux's assassination and was very conversational about it.

CREEPY TODD was the one that shot-up Chief Bordeaux's house and was bragging about the unreported crime to John Batton.

Payne ADMITTED his intent to murder Chief Bordeaux, which he attempted twice, months later (total of THREE attempts). Little Rock Police Department was in possession of those murder threats and did not follow-up on the evidence; because they knew what they would find. Payne's co-conspirators that were on the LRPD payroll.

John Batton did NOT report this crime to the authorities in February of that year and ONLY disclosed it months later, after the last two failed assassination attempts, after he thought that he would be exposed to criminal charges. He would have been, if the LRPD actually investigated the attempted homicide; rather than trying to figure out a way to pin this hate crime on the victim, as usual.

This entire matter will be under a federal investigation VERY soon, so whether LRPD chooses to clean house or not, the Houma-Choctaw will clean their house for them. See y'all in federal court, indeed. The United States Department of Justice and FBI – Federal Bureau of Investigation have questions for you.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

  A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Thanks to a tipster, we were able to obtain public records that expose Arkansas State Police Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy as a racist. Records filed in the divorce proceedings Kennedy's wife has filed give shocking information what Trooper Kennedy thinks about People of Color. In amended filings, Trooper Kennedy's estranged wife states that he is a white supremacist and fears for the safety of their children.
