Investigation of LRSD School Board member Vickie Hatter found she abused her position and tried to get rid of the Parkview principal

The Little Rock School Board hired an Atlanta, GA attorney, Rodney Moore, to conduct an investigation into allegations that Vickie Hatter had abused her position as a school board member.

The complaint was made by Parkview High principal Philicia Bell (an individual with big skeletons in her closet - more on that later)

The findings of that investigation substantiated allegation that Hatter abused her position as school board member to improperly interfere with activities at Parkview High School.

In September 2021, SMG's Russ Racop filed a complaint with the Arkansas Ethics Commission in regard to Hatter'c criminal violations of state campaign finance laws.

Hatter was found to have violated the law and filed a written admission of her criminal actions.

Little Rock pastor takes his own life after complaint of sexually explict conduct with a minor child

On April 24, 2024, Tyce Michelle Scroggins found what she has described to authorities as "inappropriate text and pictures" on her husband's cellphone. The messages were between her husband, Michael Todd Scroggins, the senior pastor at Moody Chapel AME Church in Little Rock and a minor student at LISA Academy High School. Moody Chapel AME Church An argument ensued about the text messages and Pastor Scroggins left the home. On April 25th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a report with the Little Rock Police Department about the text messages. She also notified LISA Academy administration. On April 28th, Mrs. Scroggins filed a missing person report with the Sherwood Police Department. Sherwood Police put out an alert on social media. On April 30th, Little Rock Police found Pastor Scroggins dead from an apparent self inflicted gunshot wound in his vehicle parked in the back parking lot of the church. England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18). Here's the police report. The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton. Bell's cuckholded hubby works at the Sheridan Police Department as a cop.
