LRPD Asst. Chief Heath Helton applied for top job as Chief of Police

Many of us serious and influential critics and activists hope that Asst. Chief Heath Helton gets the top job as chief of the Little Rock Police Department. He is more than qualified for the position after they miserably failed to hire Asst. Chief Eric Higgins, twice (now our esteemed Pulaski County Sheriff), then Alice Faulk.  

It's probably one of the only ways that several serious police corruption critics would even bother to consider a hire from this feckless mayor as a mark of any sort of actual progress. 

But as usual, we most certainly expect the city and Feckless Frank to fuck this up too. 

Let's just hope that Steve Landers, mayoral candidate for the city of Little Rock, does better. 

BUT...if Landers slips, we'll be there to do what we do. That's a promise.

PCSSD teacher caught up in pedophile scandal at Immanuel Baptist Church. Her relationship with a minor under investigation.

PCSSD teacher Reagan Gray is being investigated by LRPD Since December 10, 2023, The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette has published around 20 articles about Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR and an ongoing scandal involving sexual abuse committed by adults upon children and the coverup of that abuse. Immanuel Baptist Church ("IBC") is perched on a hill near the intersection of Shackleford Road and West Markham Street in the western part of Little Rock overlooking Interstate I-430. ASP Trooper texts and stalks a 14 year old that was near same age as his own daughter, while having an affair with her married sister.

Was ASP Trooper Billy Martin trying to pull all 3 sisters?   In January 2019, Callie Hinson and Joseph Ramer began dating. On June 13, 2020, Joseph proposed to Callie.  They were married on February 21, 2021. By the time of their first anniversary, their marriage was in shambles and Callie was estranged from her family all due to this man, Arkansas State Police Trooper Billy Mitchell Martin. Martin joined the ASP as a recruit in January of 2007. Records from his personnel file indicate he was from Boone County and he was posted there after graduating troop school.   Martin was promoted to Trooper First Class in July 2011 and Corporal in July 2014.
