Former ASP Trooper Lincoln Smith arrested and charged with possession of Child Sex Abuse Material ("CSAM")


On April 29, 2025, we published a story about the Arkansas State Police firing Trooper Lincoln Smith.


At that time, Smith's termination letter is all the ASP would provide.

On October 7, 2025, a federal grand jury indicted Smith, under seal,  for possession of child sex abuse material ("CSAM").




Smith was arrested by US Marshals on October 15, 2025 and booked into the Pulaski County Detention Center.


A hearing was held at the Eastern District Federal Courthouse on October 15, 2025 and these were the conditions of Smith's release.


Smith was released into the custody of Emalee Smith, and can have no phone with internet access; no viewing of any pornography; and he can only have supervised access to any minor children, including his own son.

And no surprise, Smith is a registered Republican.




A jury trial is set for December 1, 2025 at 9:15 AM before federal judge James M. Moody, Jr.

Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

  A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones losing his part-time job. ASP Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy exposed as a racist in text messages to estranged wife.

Thanks to a tipster, we were able to obtain public records that expose Arkansas State Police Trooper Michael Austin Kennedy as a racist. Records filed in the divorce proceedings Kennedy's wife has filed give shocking information what Trooper Kennedy thinks about People of Color. In amended filings, Trooper Kennedy's estranged wife states that he is a white supremacist and fears for the safety of their children. And it's no surprise that Trooper Kennedy is a registered Republican.
