Washington teaches at Dr. Marion G. Lacey K-8 Academy   On August 19th at around 11:15 PM,  LRPD cops working off-duty at an apartment complex on Green Mountain Drive in West Little Rock were told a naked man carrying a brick was running around the complex.  The cops found a naked and intoxicated Justin Washington who claimed to have been attacked by his ex.  The cops located the alleged attacked and found that she had injuries.  Washington was arrested and  charged with Domestic Battery 3rd Degree, Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. It was his third such arrest and the same victim was involved in each instance.  The other arrests took place in 2021 and 2022. Washingtion is a teacher at LRSD Dr. Marion G. Lace K-8 Academy. A ndrew J. McGann, 28, a newly hired teacher in the Springdale, AR school district, was arrested on July 30th for the gruesome double homicide at Devil's Den State Park of Clinton David Brink ,43, and Christian Amanda Brink, 41, that occured on July 26th. McGann was taken into custody at Lupita's Beauty Salon & Barber Shop in Springdale. Here's a video from the salon of the arrest.  The salon was just a 14 minute drive from his rented residence on Pinecrest Street in Springdale.   McGann was hired on June 16th to teach at Bayyari Elementary K-5 in the upcoming school year.    Here's a copy of his personnel file that was quickly provided to us by the Springdale School District . According to his application for employment, McGann previously taught 5th grade at Northwoods Fine Arts Academy in the Sand Springs Public School District in Sand Springs, OK.
