FORMER NW ARKANSAS COP USED CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION FOR PERSONAL GAIN - GETS SIX YEARS PROBATION & 15 DAYS OF PICKING UP TRASH ON HIGHWAY

ROBERT HENDRIX - USED ACCESS TO COPS ONLY SYSTEM FOR PROFIT

A former Benton County deputy and former Springdale Police officer has pleaded guilty to one felony count of tampering with a witness and a misdemeanor count of release of unauthorized information.

Robert Hendrix was sentenced to six years probation and 120 hours (15 eight-hour days) of community service that needs to be completed in the next three years.

In 2016, Hendrix was investigated for using Justice Exchange for a private investigation service.

According to the arrest affidavit, Justice Exchange is a database that allows law enforcement to obtain sensitive information like social security numbers, addresses, drivers license photos and date of birth.

Hendrix was investigated for using a Benton County Sheriff's Office account for Justice Exchange for his private investigation service called One Twin Legal Services.
When questioned by the Benton County Sheriff's Office, Hendrix admitted to using the service for personal gain.
Hendrix was fired from the Benton County Sheriff's Office in 2014 and continued to use his BCSO login for Justice Exchange. Records show Hendrix was charging customers $100 to look up information on Justice Exchange.
No doubt Hendrix will have his Private Investigation license revoked by the state.

***UPDATE - 5/29/17***

Apparently the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette has a snarky sense of humor.  In a story posted on their website this morning about how law enforcement agencies in NW Arkansas are getting prepared to deal with medical marijuana, they ran a photo of a Springdale police officer.  That officer is now a former police officer and convicted felon and the subject of this post, Robert Hendrix.

The photo of the disgraced former officer did not appear in the print addition.

We hope that they are poking fun, but the paper probably had no idea who Hendrix was even though it covered the story in their statewide editions.

Conway Police are looking for information about a fight that happend last night. Tell them we have all the tea.

The family of a man that is a contractor for ARDOT showed their klan cards last night after a fight at Maly's Entertainment Center in Conway, AR. Michael Wade Kennedy, a convicted felon, allegedly fought with and stabbed a Black teenager outside the venue then he and his klan hurled racial epithets at the teenagers and their families. The Kennedy klan has a long association with ARDOT (formerly the Arkansas Highway & Transportation Department). Maylays advertises to "Bring the Whole Gang" and apparently that is what the Kennedy klan did. Here are videos before the fight and of the fight. In the videos you can see the convicted felon Michael Kennedy brandishing a knife.     Here are three videos that show what happened after the fight. In one of the videos you can see Kennedy holding a knife and then secreting it in a females rear pant pocket.     Michael Drew Kennedy was sentenced in 1999 to a 10 year prison sentence after he attacked a man with a knife at a club j

England High School teacher caught having sex with a 18 year old former student in a car in a park

England High teacher Courtani Bell and former student Kaylin Sullivan   On Monday January 8, 2024 at around 6 p.m., an England, AR cop caught Courtani Bell (W/F 29) a teacher at England High School engaged in "public sexual indecency" in the back seat of Bell's car in a public park with a former student, Kaylin Sullivan (B/F 18).   Here's the police report.   The court date for the randy pair is set for February 22nd in England District Court. Bell is married (for the time being as a source says he's left her) and lives in Sheridan with her hubby Layton. Bell's cuckholded hubby works at the Sheridan Police Department as a cop.   Sullivan, will turn 19 in February 2024.   There are questions surrounding the commencement of their relationship and did it began when  Sullivan was a student? We reached out to the England School District for a comment. No response was received. ### Here's the police body camera footage of the arrest. Here's a shorter version

ASP Trooper Jacob Haynie caught on his own mobile video recordings using the N-word

On November 21, 2023, after one of those questionable PIT maneuvers (the ASP now calls  Precision Immobilization Technique , or PIT maneuvers, Tactical Vehicle Intervention or TVI) ASP rookie trooper and former Hope Arkansas cop Jacob Haynie was caught on his and other ASP mobile video recordings using profanity and the N-word.   ASP policy prohibits the behavior and words Trooper Haynie uttered. That same policy also prohibits actions and behaviors that reflect unfavorably on the ASP. Haynie's wife works at the Hempstead County Assessors office. Wonder if she uses that language at work too?  ### The full videos can be viewed on many of the YouTube Channels that feature ASP videos.  A follower of one channel identifies Haynie as the one uttering the words. Apparently that individual knows Haynie and might have worked with him at Hope PD. ASP claims no one said the words "climb" or "N***a" and the trooper using the fowl language was actually Tyler Gentry. Ri
