Cook and her convicted harasser/stalker Cameron Brandt Meharg In December we received a tip about LRPD cop Babe Ruth Cook. Cook was in LRPD Recruit Class 95 and became a LRPD cop back on January 31st of 2020. Cook was featured in our LRPD Cops Caught Slippin series. Here's the episode. So we sent a Freedom of Information request to LRPD. LRPD responded and sent us this incident report. As the report states, one of Cook's neighbors was watching TV and heard loud banging noises and yelling. He went outside and observed a violent altercation. He called 911 and three LRPD cop responded to the off-duty undercover cop's house in the western part of the safe city of Little Rock. A supervisor responded shortly after. The neighbor told the cops that he saw Cook standing in her front yard screaming at a man in a red jacket saying to "get the fuck out of my house" and "I hate you". The Scott Administration's Human Resources Department has a data set   (Excel spreadsheet) that provides a list of all city employee salaries. The data set provides names, departments, positions and incomes for all city employees including LRPD cops that are designated as undercover cops.  Based on our research, this has occurred since Scott's first term. List of all LRPD undercover cops we extracted from the data set In October 2022, we reported about the Little Rock Fraternal Order of Police having a LRFOP membership roster posted on their website that exposed all LRPD undercover cops that were members of their organization. LRPD has no real undercover cops. They have detectives that wear plainclothes and drive unmarked city vehicles. Some of those undercover cops are documented liars and are designated as Brady Cops . According to a press release distributed on January 22nd, the Arkansas State Police fired probationary Trooper Joshua Fitzgerald for a major screwup he made on Sunday, January 18, 2025 - he performed a PIT maneuver (ASP call them TVI's or Tactical Vehicle Intervention) on the wrong vehicle.  Trooper Fitzgerald was patrolling for speeders on I-630. He had been driving west on I-630 and he turned around at the Baptist Hospital exit and went back east. As he was merging into traffic a white Buick Envista (with temporary tags) blasted past him. That vehicle was driven by Johnny Williams (B/M 38 yrs old) of Little Rock. Trooper Fitzgerald went after him and pulled him over between the west bound Rodney Parham/ Mississippi and University Avenue exits.
