10 things about Officer Tommy Norman that NLRPD and Officer Tommy Norman tried to hide.

Since 2019, we made multiple Freedom of Information requests to the North Little Rock Police Department for records in concerning Officer Tommy Norman. What they sent in response consisted mostly of letters sent in about his " good works " and what a " fine example " of a police officer he was. It wasn't until we  initiated  litigation in August and September of 2025 that NLRPD produced records they had previously withheld. Records that shattered the narrative and persona Officer Tommy Norman had created and NLRPD had condoned. Fired Dover City Marshal Nathan Jones Accused of Exploiting Dying Man to Take Control of His Estate

A video of a part-time Dover, AR city marshal threatening a local business that went viral on social media, resulted in his termination of employment on October 1st.   Here's the video. Apparently Jones was the subject of rumors in the town. Rumors about meth pipes and the 479 Smoke Shop.   According to records obtained from the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards & Training ("CLEST"), Jones previously worked part-time for the Dover Marshal's Office from October 26, 2007 through January 2, 2009.   Jones was also elected in 2023 as the Martin Township Constable and held that position under he lost to Ricky "Perch" Parks in 2025.   Don't worry about Jones lossing his part-time job. As his campaign literature detailed, he owns a couple of businesses in area. During our investigation of Jones for this story, we found that he had been accused of exploiting Daniel L. Koester, 64 years old, who had cancer and had been in hospice after sufferi...

Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Steven Tyler Holt    On September 10, 2025, a warrant for the arrest of Steven Tyler Holt, a Clark County Arkansas Deputy Sheriff, was issued in connection with harassment charges filed by Kira Accor, an ex-girlfriend. Clark County District Court Judge Billy Jack Gibson issued a no contact order to Deputy Holt that prohibits him from possessing a weapon, firearm or ammunition.   Deputy Holt was not physically arrested, no mugshot was taken nor was he booked into the Clark County Detention Center. He just handed the warrant and given the court date to appear for the charges by the Clark County Sheriff's Office Chief Deputy Raymond Funderburk. Deputy Holt was not relieved from duty nor were his duty weapons confiscated or surrendered.   A hearing has been set for October 15, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Clark County District Court. It's not the first court case involving Deputy Holt and his victim, Kira Accor.  On July 21, 2025, Accor was ...
